6月7日,為期4天的2021第十六屆東亞食品交易博覽會(huì)在煙臺(tái)國(guó)際博覽中心閉幕。來(lái)自全國(guó)20多個(gè)省、市的700余家食品名企攜帶上萬(wàn)種名特優(yōu)美食齊聚一堂,食博會(huì)在為煙臺(tái)市民奉上饕餮盛宴的同時(shí),也搭建起交流合作平臺(tái),為參展企業(yè)牽線當(dāng)“紅娘”,合作謀取共贏。
自2004年以來(lái),“東亞食博會(huì)”已成功舉辦了15屆。該展會(huì)已經(jīng)成為代表煙臺(tái)“中國(guó)食品名城”形象的品牌展會(huì),東亞地區(qū)食品加工制造、商貿(mào)合作的大型互動(dòng)大平臺(tái),山東省對(duì)接?xùn)|亞、東南亞食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要橋梁,是華東地區(qū)和環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈最具專業(yè)化、市場(chǎng)化、國(guó)際化的食品經(jīng)貿(mào)盛會(huì)和重點(diǎn)展會(huì)之一。
今年的東亞食博會(huì)以“綠色、創(chuàng)新、合作、發(fā)展”為主題,以打造“行業(yè)大平臺(tái)、助力雙循環(huán)”為宗旨,設(shè)置16大類專題展區(qū),吸引了全國(guó)眾多優(yōu)質(zhì)展商入駐。展會(huì)期間,來(lái)自內(nèi)蒙、湖南、武漢、云南等地的諸多展商推出了當(dāng)?shù)靥厣称芳笆巢?,希望借助東亞食博會(huì)這一專業(yè)平臺(tái),進(jìn)一步打開(kāi)全國(guó)市場(chǎng),擴(kuò)大公司的市場(chǎng)范圍和影響。
采購(gòu)商專業(yè)、采購(gòu)數(shù)量大是本屆展會(huì)的一大特點(diǎn)。食博會(huì)組委會(huì)成立了多個(gè)專業(yè)采購(gòu)商團(tuán)隊(duì),針對(duì)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)食品及餐飲行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、經(jīng)銷商、代理商、大型企業(yè)、大型商超、專業(yè)市場(chǎng)、境內(nèi)外網(wǎng)購(gòu)電商平臺(tái)等相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu),進(jìn)行點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)邀請(qǐng)及合作洽談,做好參展商及專業(yè)買家供需配對(duì),在充分保障展商參展效果的同時(shí),也確保專業(yè)采購(gòu)商觀展的效果。
食品行業(yè)論壇和各種產(chǎn)業(yè)推介會(huì)的舉辦,對(duì)本屆食博會(huì)的品牌提升有很大的拉動(dòng)作用。
開(kāi)幕首日,內(nèi)容豐富的產(chǎn)業(yè)推介會(huì)和論壇活動(dòng)吸引了近百家企業(yè)參與,來(lái)自全國(guó)的食品企業(yè)和零售行業(yè)專家大咖與各大知名食品企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人齊聚一堂,共同探討食品行業(yè)發(fā)展方向和新模式。大規(guī)模、高層次的產(chǎn)業(yè)推介會(huì),對(duì)展會(huì)的品牌和層次是一次無(wú)形的提升,更為參展企業(yè)合作搭建了平臺(tái)。
對(duì)煙臺(tái)的企業(yè)而言,更為積極的影響在于,展會(huì)搭建起了高層次的交流平臺(tái),讓企業(yè)足不出戶就能達(dá)成合作協(xié)議。
食博會(huì)期間還舉行了合作洽談會(huì),百余家企業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行洽談合作。食博會(huì)作為一個(gè)載體,讓本地企業(yè)不出煙臺(tái)在“家門口”就能與外地企業(yè)簽協(xié)議、建立長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)合作關(guān)系,同時(shí)搭建起了與全國(guó)各地區(qū)交流合作、互利雙贏的長(zhǎng)期合作平臺(tái),對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)提升起到拉動(dòng)作用。
4天時(shí)間里,展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成交額達(dá)到2.76億元,參展人數(shù)超過(guò)5.9萬(wàn)人次,達(dá)成合作意向額9.5億元。
食博會(huì)的成功舉辦,充分展現(xiàn)了煙臺(tái)食品工業(yè)的雄厚實(shí)力,成為煙臺(tái)由“食品大市”向“食品強(qiáng)市”轉(zhuǎn)變的又一重要推手。
On Jun.7, the 16th of East Asia International Food Trade Expo that lasted for four days closed in Yantai International Expo Center. Over 700 famous food enterprises from more than 20 provinces and cities in China took over 10,000 famous, specialty and quality foods and gathered here. While serving Yantai citizens with abundant foods, East Asia International Food Trade Expo also built a platform for exchanges and cooperation and connected participating enterprises for win-win cooperation.
With the theme of “Green and Innovative Cooperation and Development,” this years East Asia International Food Trade Expo aimed to forge an industrial platform to facilitate dual circulation by designating 16 major kinds of thematic display areas to attract numerous quality exhibitors in China to enter. During the exhibition, many exhibitors from Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Wuhan and Yunnan exhibited their local specialty foods and ingredients in hopes of further opening the national market and expanding the marketing scope and influence of their companies via the professional platform of East Asia International Food Trade Expo.
