2021年6月7日，國務(wù)委員兼外長王毅在重慶會見東盟輪值主席國文萊外交主管部長艾瑞萬。

王毅歡迎艾瑞萬來華出席紀念中國—東盟建立對話關(guān)系30周年特別外長會，贊賞文萊作為今年東盟輪值主席，主動積極發(fā)揮重要作用，推動中國—東盟關(guān)系和東亞合作發(fā)展，深化地區(qū)抗疫和發(fā)展合作。

王毅表示，今年是中文建交30周年，兩國啟動了系列慶?；顒印Ｖ袊磳⒂瓉碇袊伯a(chǎn)黨成立100周年，開啟全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家新征程。包括文萊在內(nèi)的周邊國家始終是中國在發(fā)展道路上的好朋友、好伙伴。在這個重要年份，中方愿同文方弘揚傳統(tǒng)友好，深化抗疫合作，高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，推動中文戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系保持健康發(fā)展勢頭。

王毅表示，去年兩國克服疫情影響，國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟都實現(xiàn)正增長，雙邊貿(mào)易額大幅上揚，彰顯了兩國務(wù)實合作的巨大韌性和互補優(yōu)勢。要進一步發(fā)揮“廣西—文萊經(jīng)濟走廊”和恒逸石化項目旗艦作用，夯實文萊東增區(qū)“樞紐”地位，希望雙方不斷深化能源、地方、5G、電子商務(wù)、人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用等方面合作，打造兩國務(wù)實合作新增長點。

艾瑞萬祝賀中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨100周年，祝賀中國恢復(fù)聯(lián)合國合法席位50周年，感謝中方為文萊抗擊新冠肺炎疫情提供的寶貴支持。艾瑞萬表示，今年是文中建交30周年，也是中國東盟建立對話關(guān)系30周年。中國東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展使東盟國家變得更有吸引力和競爭力。作為東盟輪值主席國，文方愿繼續(xù)發(fā)揮積極作用，同中方加強溝通協(xié)調(diào)，共享中國發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，進一步提升東盟—中國合作的質(zhì)量和水平。

艾瑞萬介紹了近期訪問緬甸情況。王毅表示，中方與東盟在緬甸問題上的立場和看法總體一致，我們愿繼續(xù)配合東盟，共同推動緬各方以人民利益為重，保持冷靜克制，消除各類暴力;共同鼓勵緬甸各方在憲法和法律框架下開展政治對話，持續(xù)推進民主轉(zhuǎn)型進程;共同向緬提供抗疫幫助，遏制緬疫情蔓延勢頭，防止緬疫情失控;共同支持緬復(fù)蘇經(jīng)濟、改善民生，確?；鶎用癖姍?quán)益;共同敦促各國恪守《聯(lián)合國憲章》宗旨和原則，避免單邊制裁和不當(dāng)介入。

艾瑞萬表示，東盟贊賞和支持中國繼續(xù)在緬甸問題上發(fā)揮重要建設(shè)性作用，愿同中方在上述領(lǐng)域加強協(xié)調(diào)、開展合作。

On June 7， 2021， State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Second Minister of Foreign Affairs Erywan bin Pehin Yusof of Brunei， the rotating chair of ASEAN， in Chongqing City.

Wang Yi welcomed Erywan to attend the Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations in China. He praised Brunei which holds this year's rotating chair of ASEAN for taking an active and key part in promoting the development of China-ASEAN relations and East Asian cooperation and deepening the regional cooperation in combating the pandemic and seeking development.

Wang Yi said， as this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Brunei， the two countries have launched a series of celebrations. China is about to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China （CPC） and embark on a new journey toward fully building a modern socialist country. The neighboring countries， including Brunei， have always been good friends and partners of China in the process of China's development. In this important year， China is willing to carry forward the traditional friendship with Brunei， deepen cooperation in the COVID-19 battle， engage in the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation， and enable the strategic partnership between China and Brunei to sustain a healthy development momentum.

Noting that both countries recorded positive domestic economic growth and sharply increased bilateral trade volume in spite of virus disruptions， Wang Yi said， this demonstrated the great resilience and complementary advantages of practical cooperation between the two countries. It is important to further play the flagship role of the Guangxi-Brunei Economic Corridor and Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd's oil refinery and petrochemical project， and consolidate the "hub" status of the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area （BIMP-EAGA）. It is hoped that both sides will continuously deepen cooperation in energy， local government， 5G， e-commerce， artificial intelligence， and big data application， among other fields， and create new growth areas for practical cooperation between the two countries.

Erywan congratulated the CPC on the 100th anniversary of its founding and China on the 50th anniversary of its restoration of the lawful seat at the United Nations， and thanked China for its valuable support for Brunei's fight against the novel coronavirus. Erywan said， this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Brunei and China and also the 30th anniversary of ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations. The development of China-ASEAN relations has made ASEAN countries more attractive and competitive. As the rotating chair of ASEAN， Brunei is willing to continue to play an active role， strengthen communication and coordination with China， share China's development experience， and further enhance the quality and level of ASEAN-China cooperation.

Erywan introduced his recent visit to Myanmar. Wang Yi said， on a whole， China and ASEAN share roughly the same stance and views on Myanmar. We are willing to continuously act in coordination with ASEAN and jointly promote all parties in Myanmar to take the interests of the people as their top priority， maintain calm and restraint， and eliminate all types of violence; jointly encourage all parties in Myanmar to conduct political dialogue and drive the shift toward democracy constantly ahead under the constitution and legal framework; jointly provide anti-pandemic assistance to Myanmar to prevent the virus from spreading and getting out of control there; jointly support Myanmar's economic recovery and improvement of people's livelihood to protect the people's rights and interests; and jointly urge all countries to abide by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter to avoid unilateral sanctions and improper intervention.

Erywan said， ASEAN appreciates and supports China to continue to play an important and constructive role in the Myanmar issue， and is willing to strengthen coordination and launch cooperation with China in the above-mentioned area.
