摘要 集園藝、醫(yī)學(xué)、心理學(xué)為一體的園藝療法，利用人類(lèi)熱愛(ài)自然這一天性，通過(guò)一系列措施來(lái)改善人們身體、精神及社會(huì)等方面的問(wèn)題，形成積極向上的生活理念。園藝療法不僅對(duì)老年人、殘疾人、病患等有較明顯的療效，而且對(duì)普通人也有較好的治愈效果。園藝療法可以將康養(yǎng)主題融入休閑農(nóng)業(yè)，為推動(dòng)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)快速發(fā)展提供一個(gè)好的創(chuàng)新思路。通過(guò)搜集園藝療法的相關(guān)研究并分析其國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，討論其具體應(yīng)用方法與具體療效，總結(jié)園藝療法應(yīng)用的原則，并探討在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中應(yīng)該如何合理地應(yīng)用，為今后休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供更多創(chuàng)新啟示。

Application of Horticultural Therapy in Leisure Agriculture

Abstract The horticultural therapy integrating horticulture， medicine， and psychology uses human nature to love nature and adopts a series of measures to improve peoples physical， mental and social problems， and form a positive life concept. It not only has obvious curative effect on the elderly， the disabled and other patients， but also has a certain effect on ordinary people. Horticultural therapy can also be integrated into leisure agriculture with the theme of health and nutrition， which provides a good innovative idea for China to vigorously strengthen the construction of leisure tourism agriculture. This study collects relevant researches on horticultural therapy and analyzes its domestic and foreign research status， discusses its specific methods and curative effects，summarizes the principles of horticultural therapy in the application， and discusses how it should be reasonably applied in leisure agriculture， and provides more innovative inspiration for the development of leisure agriculture in the future.

現(xiàn)代人生活節(jié)奏過(guò)快，人們?cè)诰裆虾蜕眢w上都有受到或大或小的損害，在面對(duì)高額的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用時(shí)，很多人望而卻步。目前國(guó)外已經(jīng)利用園藝對(duì)患者或普通人群進(jìn)行治療與療愈，有了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐操作。其中美國(guó)、日本在園藝療法上有了系統(tǒng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)學(xué)科與制度，并產(chǎn)生了一種叫作“園藝治療師”的正規(guī)職業(yè)。

目前，園藝療法尚在理論研究階段，相關(guān)舉措與實(shí)踐才剛剛起步，而休閑農(nóng)業(yè)又是我國(guó)目前蓬勃發(fā)展的新型業(yè)態(tài)。筆者對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的園藝療法的相關(guān)理論與應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行整理分析，探究園藝療法在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的意義和應(yīng)用方法，并提出建議。

1 園藝療法的定義與研究現(xiàn)狀

1.1 園藝療法的定義

廣義上的園藝療法是指，讓不同年齡、不同身心狀況的人群從事園藝活動(dòng)，在過(guò)程中陶冶情操，收獲認(rèn)可。日本的園藝療法專(zhuān)家豊田正博[1]認(rèn)為園藝療法是指利用人們感到舒適的綠色景觀(guān)、植物和園藝活動(dòng)能夠減輕壓力這一特征，通過(guò)持續(xù)地與自然和植物息息相關(guān)的接觸活動(dòng)，以達(dá)到恢復(fù)和維護(hù)精神功能、身體功能和社交性的療法。而狹義上的園藝療法是指對(duì)象為身體或精神狀態(tài)需要改善的人群通過(guò)園藝活動(dòng)進(jìn)行治療的方法。田崎史江[2]認(rèn)為園藝療法是利用植物本身和植物生長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境，通過(guò)進(jìn)行與植物生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程相關(guān)的園藝活動(dòng)或是使用植物的活動(dòng)，為需要醫(yī)療和福利援助的人提供的，一種旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)和保持更好的身體、心理、社會(huì)和教育狀況來(lái)改善生活質(zhì)量的療法。
