該住宅距離圣保羅市120 公里處，位于一個有高爾夫球場的封閉式社區(qū)中，周圍植被茂盛。住宅場地朝北，可以俯瞰高爾夫球場。四周都有建筑限制。

該項目要求在明確劃定的空間內(nèi)劃分三個明顯不同的公共區(qū)域：廚房、電視室和游戲室。解決方案是一層有三個支點或“腿”，連接非常開放的區(qū)域：餐廳和客廳，兩者都有不間斷的交叉視野，可以看到高爾夫球場和房子周圍的地面。

The house is located 120 kilometers from the city of Sāo Paulo,in a gated community with a golf course,surrounded by lush vegetation.The lot has northern exposure and looks over the golf course.There are construction restrictions along all four sides.

The program called for three sharply differentiated public areas in clearly delimited spaces:the kitchen,the TV room,and the games rooms.The solution is a ground floor with three supports or“l(fā)egs”articulating very open areas:the dining room and living room,both with uninterrupted,intercrossing vistas of both the golf course and the grounds surrounding the house.

位于上層的三個支撐物上是私密區(qū)域，可以俯瞰高爾夫球場的北面。支架和上部體塊被漆成鍍金色調(diào)，呈銅色。室內(nèi)的上下兩層都漆成米色。

為了便于流通和保持內(nèi)部的統(tǒng)一，除了餐廳、草坪和游泳池的家具外，大多數(shù)設(shè)備和家具都與建筑完全融為一體。

On the upper floor,which rests on the three supports,are the private areas,with views looking northward over the golf course.The supports and the upper volume are painted in gilded tones with a coppery patina.The interiors are painted beige on both the upper and lower levels.

In order to facilitate circulation and maintain unity on the inside,most of the equipment and furnishings are fully integrated with the construction,except for the dining room set and the lawn and pool furniture.
