From June 14 to 15， Juan Ignacio Buffa， Deputy Minister of Livestock， Agriculture， and Fisheries of Uruguay， visited Chongqing.

Li Mingquan， Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， met with Buffa and his delegation. Li Mingquan briefly introduced Chongqings economic and social development， pointing out that Chongqing is accelerating the development of “three centers and one hub”. He noted that， with agriculture produce trade as a focus， Chongqing is willing to facilitate economic and trade exchanges with Uruguay to expand cooperation in more fields.

Buffa said that this was his first visit to Chongqing， and he was deeply impressed by Chongqings rapid development. He added that， with this visit to Chongqing as an opportunity， we can tap into Chongqings advantages as an inland international logistics hub and Uruguays high-quality agricultural produce， carrying out more trade in livestock， agriculture， and fisheries with Chongqing.

During the visit to Chongqing， the delegation also visited Chongqing companies， including Chongqing Tianyou Dairy Co.， Ltd. of Chongqing Agriculture Investment Group and Chongqing Heyi Agricultural Development Group.

6月14日至15日，烏拉圭牧農漁部副部長胡安·伊格里西奧·布法一行訪問重慶。

市政府外辦副主任李明全與布法一行進行工作交流。李明全簡要介紹了重慶經濟社會發(fā)展情況，指出重慶正加快推進“三中心一樞紐”建設，愿以農產品貿易為抓手，繼續(xù)推動與烏拉圭的經貿交流，促進更多領域合作。

布法表示，這是他首次到訪重慶，重慶的高速發(fā)展給他留下了深刻印象。愿以此次訪渝為契機，充分借助重慶作為內陸國際物流樞紐的優(yōu)勢，發(fā)揮烏拉圭優(yōu)質農產品特色，更多地與重慶開展牧農漁業(yè)貿易交往。

訪渝期間，代表團一行還拜訪了重慶市農投集團天友乳業(yè)股份有限公司、和一農業(yè)發(fā)展集團等重慶企業(yè)。
