巴士一汽停車庫(kù)改造項(xiàng)目自改造完成作為同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院辦公樓已投入使用10 余年，歷經(jīng)歲月磨礪仍不斷煥發(fā)出新的生命力。項(xiàng)目原為3 層停車場(chǎng)，改造設(shè)計(jì)始于2009 年，是當(dāng)時(shí)上海乃至全國(guó)最早的大型汽車庫(kù)改造項(xiàng)目之一，也是最早的大規(guī)模光伏建筑一體化設(shè)計(jì)的建筑實(shí)踐之一。設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)“形式追隨功能”，沒(méi)有任何多余構(gòu)件，最大的挑戰(zhàn)在于如何運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)手法將“機(jī)器使用”的場(chǎng)所重新?tīng)I(yíng)造成為“人使用”的場(chǎng)所。

Renovation of the Parking Garage of Bus No.1 has been completed and has served as the TJAD office building for more than 10 years.Despite years of trials and tribulations,it continues to radiate new vitality.The project was originally a three-storey parking lot,and the renovation design began in 2009.It was one of the earliest large-scale garage renovation projects in Shanghai and even in China at that time,and one of the earliest architectural practices of large-scale photovoltaic integrated building design.The design emphasises "form follows function" without any unnecessary components,and the biggest challenge is how to use modern design techniques to recreate a place "used by machines " into a place "used by people ".
