病人：這樣我就放心了，但我已經(jīng)好幾天沒(méi)上廁所了，估計(jì)還是不能很順利地解出。

護(hù)士：別擔(dān)心，讓我來(lái)幫你，我先來(lái)給你按摩按摩腹部好嗎？它可以刺激腸蠕動(dòng)，促進(jìn)排便。

病人：好的，謝謝你。

護(hù)士：你這些天不太敢吃蔬菜和水果是嗎？（一邊按摩一邊微笑著說(shuō)）。

病人：是啊，你怎么知道的？以前我每天都是吃很多水果的，排便一直很正常。但是開(kāi)完刀后就什么都不敢吃，每天就吃點(diǎn)米飯和魚(yú)湯啊什么的。

護(hù)士：難怪您的皮膚這么好！是啊，很多水果和蔬菜都含有大量的維生素和纖維素。維生素對(duì)身體包括皮膚都有好處，纖維素則可以幫助排便。比如：香蕉、芹菜、竹筍等。心臟手術(shù)跟胃腸道沒(méi)什么關(guān)系，不用擔(dān)心，現(xiàn)在吃根香蕉好不好？

病人：好…（開(kāi)心的笑容），謝謝你。

護(hù)士：沒(méi)關(guān)系的（給病人剝好香蕉）。為了保持排便通暢，除了多吃纖維素含量多的水果、蔬菜，按摩腹部之外，你還可以每天定時(shí)去廁所，培養(yǎng)“情緒”。另外，你也要適當(dāng)下床活動(dòng)，這對(duì)你的康復(fù)也是有好處的。

病人：我知道了，聽(tīng)你這么一解釋，我放心多了。謝謝你。

護(hù)士：不用謝?，F(xiàn)在我需要去看別的病人，待會(huì)我再來(lái)看你，你如果有事就打鈴，我會(huì)立刻過(guò)來(lái)的。

（半小時(shí)后護(hù)士再次來(lái)到床邊）

病人：我剛剛?cè)ミ^(guò)衛(wèi)生間了，你的方法真的很有效。

護(hù)士：趙阿姨，現(xiàn)在感覺(jué)怎么樣？

護(hù)士：您的胃腸道本來(lái)就很好，而且您也很愿意配合，所以才會(huì)取得這么好的效果。你瞧您到現(xiàn)在體溫一直正常，其它情況也都很穩(wěn)定，像您這樣配合，一定很快就會(huì)康復(fù)的。

病人：太謝謝你了，小劉。

Nurse：Don＇t worry，I can help you.How about letting me massage your abdomen now？It can stimulate the intestine＇s movement and promote defecating.

Patient：All right.Thank you.

Nurse：You haven＇t eaten vegetables and fruits these days，haven＇t you？（Speaking with a smile while massaging the patient）

Patient：Yes，how do you know？I used to eat many fruits and have regular bowel movement.But since the operation I dare not eat anything but rice and fish soup.

Nurse：No wonder your skin is so nice.There are lots of vitamins and fiber in fruits and vegetables.Vitamin is beneficial to your body and skin，and fiber is beneficial for bowel movement.The heart operation has nothing to do with your gastrointestinal tract.So don＇t worry.How about having a banana now？

Patient：OK…（smiling）Thanks.

Nurse：It＇s my pleasure（peeling a banana）.In order to keep free bowel movements，besides eating more fruits and vegetables rich of fiber，and massaging your abdomen，you should try to go to the toilet at same time every day to make it a habit.In addition，you need to come down from the bed and move around little more.It＇s good for your recovery.

Patient：I see.I don＇t worry any more after your explanation.Thanks a lot.

Nurse：You are welcome.I need to see another patient now，but I will see you later.You can ring me any time if you need me，and I will be right over.
