2014年11月，香港中文大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院的團(tuán)隊受邀為尤努斯中國中心建造了陸口格萊珉鄉(xiāng)村銀行。

項目位于徐州新沂窯灣鎮(zhèn)王樓鄉(xiāng)陸口村尹莊中央，房屋是一個兩層高、白頂綠身的雙坡體量，坐落在用地北側(cè)。它占地面積95m2，建筑面積240m2，提供辦公、營業(yè)、培訓(xùn)、會議和員工住宿功能。建筑平面呈矩形，服務(wù)核心筒組織了回字形的流線，并將內(nèi)部空間分隔成東西大小不等的兩部分。核心筒由家具、集成衛(wèi)浴構(gòu)成。

房屋懸浮于地面上，6個面設(shè)有保溫層，并使用了掛板與其后的空氣間層形成“集熱墻”（Trombe Wall）。它背后的空氣被陽光加熱后向上流動，可在冬季白天通過三角形檐部構(gòu)造進(jìn)入房間，提供二層室內(nèi)空間的供暖。用戶通過控制房間南北兩側(cè)翻板的開閉，可達(dá)到在冬夏兩季調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)舒適性的目的。房屋地面部分采用了輕質(zhì)泡沫混凝土板，以達(dá)到蓄熱、減震、隔聲多重效果。

新建房屋的設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)與建造時間只有8周。建筑主體的構(gòu)件組裝和現(xiàn)場建造僅用時4周。團(tuán)隊采用了近距離分布式生產(chǎn)以減少物流時間。徐州與江蘇省內(nèi)加工制造業(yè)為主要力量，承擔(dān)了95%的工作。除安裝集成衛(wèi)浴和威魯克斯（Velux）斜屋面天窗等專業(yè)性較高的工作外，建造該房屋的工人全部系本村村民。先進(jìn)建造的體驗使村民對鄉(xiāng)村銀行有了更高的認(rèn)同感。

In November 2014, the CUHK School of Architecture team was invited to design the Grameen Bank at Lukou for the Yunus Centre in China.

The project is located in the middle of Yinzhuang, Lukou Village, in the Wanglou Township of Xinyiyaowan County of Xuzhou. The 2-storey building with double-pitch white roof and green body sits on the north side of the lot and covers an area of 95m2, its gross floor area being 240m2. Its functions include office, business, training, conference, and staff housing. The rectangular plan has an ambulatory service core, and the interior space is divided into 2 parts – east and west – with varying sizes. The service core consists of furniture and integrated bathroom.

Suspended above ground, the building has 6 sides installed with thermal insulation layers and adopts cladding technique to form a Trombe wall with the air insulation layer behind. The sun-heated air flows upwards, which during daytime in winter can enter the house through the triangular cornice to heat up the space of the 2nd floor. Users may adjust interior comfort during winter and summer by switching the shutters on the south and north sides of the house. Lightweight foam concrete panels are applied to part of the flooring for the purpose of thermal storage, shock absorption, and sound insulation.

From design to production and construction, the project took only 8 weeks. Component assembling for the main body and in-situ construction only took 4 weeks. The team adopts close-range distributed production to economize logistics. The manufacturing industry of Xuzhou and the rest of Jiangsu Province played a major role by taking up 95% of the work. Apart from such professional work as installations of integrated-bathroom and Velux pitch-roof louvers, the builders were all local villagers. Through experience of advanced building technology, they have acquired a deeper sense of approval towards the Grameen Bank.
