Should Students Stand in Class？

Usually there are chairs and desks in each classroom. But according to a new study， maybe students wont need chairs anymore one day.

Many studies show that standing desks can help people lose weight and keep fit. Some teachers say using standing desk makes students focus more and behave better， too. Is it true？ A team in the US wanted to find out the answer.

They make a study of about 300 primary school students during a school year. They found that if children used standing desks in classroom， they could finish their class tasks better. Whats more， another study of 34 high school students also showed the use of standing desks could improve students cognitive functions.
