[摘要] 隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的醫(yī)療水平也在不斷提高,大眾對(duì)醫(yī)療水平與質(zhì)量也隨之提高。傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足患者及其家屬對(duì)醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的需求,特別是針對(duì)嬰幼兒而言,護(hù)理的方式和水平更是需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),及時(shí)改變傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理方法。人性化管理是在人性的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用科學(xué)管理的方法進(jìn)行有效的管理,能夠顯著提高護(hù)理的有效性以及積極性,從而提高護(hù)理有效率。該次以常見的小兒急腹癥為例,分析在兒科中實(shí)行人性化管理管理模式。由于患兒病因有多種,依據(jù)患兒的個(gè)性化病因進(jìn)行針對(duì)性護(hù)理,提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。該文依據(jù)兒科實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理管理的模式,對(duì)護(hù)理過程中的細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,分析人性化護(hù)理管理模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),有效保證護(hù)理的有效性與準(zhǔn)確性提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。

Discussion on Humanistic Nursing Management Model in the Department of Pediatrics

[Abstract] With the rapid development of modern economy, the medical level in China is constantly increasing, and the requirement of the public for the medical level and quality also increases, and the traditional nursing model has failed to meet the demands of the patients and their family to the medical quality, especially in terms of infants, the nursing method and level need to keep up with the times. The nursing effective rate can be improved by the scientific management method, and the paper analyzes the humanistic management model in the department of pediatrics taking the acute abdomen in children as an example, and we should conduct the targeted nursing according to the individual causes of children thus improving the nursing quality. The paper summarizes the detail contents in the nursing course according to the humanistic nursing management model in the department of pediatrics and analyzes the experience of humanistic nursing management model, can we effectively ensure the nursing effectiveness and accuracy thus improving the nursing quality.

小兒患者屬于特殊住院對(duì)象,因?yàn)榛純罕旧砟挲g較小,對(duì)醫(yī)院環(huán)境以及治療存在諸多抵觸與不安,這直接導(dǎo)致在治療與護(hù)理過程中,患兒不能積極配合醫(yī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行治療與護(hù)理,從而嚴(yán)重影響治療與護(hù)理的臨床效果[1]。加上一些患兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)某些病癥的認(rèn)識(shí)了解不夠,過于焦慮與暴躁,非常容易導(dǎo)致醫(yī)患糾紛的發(fā)生,從另一個(gè)層面上增加護(hù)理難度,削弱護(hù)理質(zhì)量。對(duì)于護(hù)理人員來說,學(xué)歷職稱較低,工作壓力較大,生活負(fù)擔(dān)較重以及職業(yè)發(fā)展受限等各方面原因嚴(yán)重降低了護(hù)理人員的工作熱情和工作積極性,護(hù)理人員因此不能充分展示護(hù)理技能,優(yōu)化護(hù)理過程。針對(duì)臨床護(hù)理的各種現(xiàn)象,提出人性化護(hù)理的概念,人性化護(hù)理創(chuàng)造性的從患者和護(hù)理人員的角度出發(fā),幫助緩解患者臨床癥狀,有效提高臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量以及患者的臨床護(hù)理滿意度[2]。該文論述了兒科中人性化護(hù)理管理模式的質(zhì)量觀察,報(bào)道如下。
1 人性化管理模式
1.1 人性化管理概述
人性化管理模式是美國(guó)學(xué)者Watson提出的一種全新的護(hù)理管理理念。學(xué)科定義為認(rèn)識(shí)人性科學(xué),對(duì)進(jìn)行手術(shù)后的患者進(jìn)行人性化的護(hù)理、照顧。顧名思義,人性化管理模式是在“以人為本”的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)患者進(jìn)行全心全意的服務(wù),通過制度、措施等方式激發(fā)人員潛能,以此提高臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量與護(hù)理效果。護(hù)理人員在患者治療過程中承擔(dān)著幾乎所有的服務(wù)工作,工作量大,工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng),強(qiáng)度大。護(hù)理人員在這種情況下壓力大,情緒容易不穩(wěn)定,護(hù)理水平也會(huì)隨之下降。因此,人性化護(hù)理管理將“人”作為核心,充分調(diào)動(dòng)護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理積極性,提高護(hù)理人員對(duì)工作的熱情,從而提高臨床護(hù)理的有效率。在人性化護(hù)理管理中,管理人員對(duì)護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行各個(gè)層面的人性化關(guān)懷,保持護(hù)理人員始終良好的精神狀態(tài),同時(shí),護(hù)理人員將關(guān)懷與溫暖傳遞給患者,全面提高臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
