北京 2008 年奧運會摔跤比賽用館位于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)東校區(qū)內(nèi)。建筑面積 23,950m2，奧運會后成為中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)室內(nèi)綜合體育活動中心，在保證繼續(xù)承接各類體育賽事的同時，供教學(xué)、文藝、集會以及學(xué)生社團(tuán)使用。曾獲國際殘奧會、國際體育和休閑設(shè)施協(xié)會IPC/IAKS杰出功勛獎，2015年度全國優(yōu)秀工程勘察設(shè)計獎銀獎，中國建筑學(xué)會建國60周年建筑創(chuàng)作大獎。

規(guī)劃布局追求與原來的校園環(huán)境融為一體，使中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)原有的校園空間得以優(yōu)化整合；體育館的造型設(shè)計新穎而不張揚，內(nèi)斂而不失大體，提升了原有校園的環(huán)境質(zhì)量。

節(jié)能降耗是高校體育館能否真正為學(xué)生服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵。錯落的天窗形成了良好的采光通風(fēng)效果，為平時低能耗的賽后使用奠定了基礎(chǔ)，成為奧運場館建設(shè)體現(xiàn) “綠色奧運”的典范。

設(shè)計中始終注意空間的集約，在有限的體積內(nèi)盡力完成最大靈活性的功能轉(zhuǎn)換。在體積不變主館仍然能夠滿足國際單項賽事要求，賽后館內(nèi)還將出現(xiàn)一個供學(xué)生使用的設(shè)施完善的游泳館。

作為由學(xué)校方獨立投資的場館，造價受到嚴(yán)格控制。經(jīng)過多輪的優(yōu)化調(diào)整，該體育館最終以1.58 億元落成，單方造價低于一般體育場館水平，成為北京奧運會同等規(guī)模中造價最低的體育館，被稱為本屆奧運會 “最省錢的奧運場館 ”?！?/p>

The layout of planning is in harmony with the original campus environment, so that the original campus space of China Agricultural University can be optimized and integrated. The scattered skylights formed a good effect of lighting and ventilation. It was the basis for the low-energy use of the game after the match, and it became a model of the "Green Olympics" in the construction of Olympic venues. The design always pays attention to the intensiveness of the space, and strives to perform the maximum flexibility of the function conversion within a limited volume. In the case that the main hall of constant volume can still meet the requirements of the international individual events,a well-equipped swimming pool for students' use will appear in the hall after the match. The stadium was eventually completed with a total of 158 million RMB. The unilateral construction cost was lower than the average stadium level and became the"most cost-effective Olympic venue" in the Beijing Olympic Games.□
