長安體育館位于長安體育公園軸線的北端，面向蓮湖路。作為東莞長安鎮(zhèn)標志性建筑，建成后成為東莞長安鎮(zhèn)高級別體育比賽、業(yè)余體育隊訓練、群眾體育鍛煉，以及文藝演出的多功能文體活動場所。通過總圖螺旋線的規(guī)劃，使城市公園景觀成為建筑的外部延伸，而建筑成為城市公園景觀的焦點；另一方面，通過設置停車場和公交站，并合理規(guī)劃流線組織，使體育館的各種人流車流合理分流，形成高效便捷的交通組織體系。

在有限的用地里進行場館設計時，除了應滿足籃球等高級別的球類比賽要求，功能還應考慮包含鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的幾個業(yè)余體育運動隊的訓練場所。方案采用多館合一的集約方式，利用平臺下部空間和海螺型屋面設置武術館、乒乓球館、射擊館以及熱身館；而在大型比賽或文藝匯演時，這些用房也可以作為輔助用房供賽事或演出使用。做到賽時和平時綜合利用，使體育館空間得到最大化利用。

造型上通過采用螺旋的平面將大小不一的體育功能空間統(tǒng)一為一個整體，繼而生成獨特的海螺造型。設計由內而外進行，由旋轉放大的功能平面、海螺造型、螺旋的景墻到室外景觀，始終做統(tǒng)一考慮設計。比賽廳 88m跨度的鋼結構，是國內跨度最大的單層網殼鋼結構。□

Chang'an Stadium is located at the north end of the axis of Chang'an Sports Park, facing Lianhu Road. As a symbolic building in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, it has become a venue for multifunctional sports activities in Dongguan Chang’an Town, where high-level sports competitions,amateur sports team training, mass sports, and cultural performances are performed. The program adopts an ensemble of multiple functions and uses the lower space of the platform and conch roofs to set up martial arts, table tennis, shooting and warmup halls. In large-scale competitions or literary performances, these rooms can also be used as auxiliary rooms for events or performances. In order to maximize the use of space in the gymnasium,the comprehensive use of peacetime in the game is achieved. Through the use of a spiral plane, the sports function spaces of different sizes are uni fi ed into a whole, and then a unique conch shape is generated. The steel structure with a span of 88 meters is the largest single-layer reticulated shell steel structure in China now.□
