In the east of the world stands a beautiful country with a long history-China.On its vast land scatter many shining stars，one of which is my fascinating hometown-Biyang.

Though，small，it has a deep-rooted cultural background，brilliant people and primitive ecology.It is a unique geomantic treasure ground.

Mount Baiyun，which stands in the north of Biyang is the watershed between Yangtse River and Haihe as well as an Ecological Park.On the mountain sit many stones of different shapes.Lush trees show the beauty of Biyang all the year round.

Mount Pangu which is the southern gate Biyang，is famous for its nice folk legend.On March 3 every year，thousands of local people come to worship，which becomes a tradition.

Through the centre of Biyang runs a river，which is a rave river whose water flows，from the east to the west.

Not only has it beautiful scenery but also it is rich in mineral resources，such as oil，iron，diamond，gold and so on.

Biyang has a population of 900，000.They are honest，united and hardworking.The people of Biyang try to improve their beautiful hometown so that it can keep up with the rapid development of our country.

Such is my hometown.
