摘? 要：醫(yī)院圖書資料管理難度較大，是一種涉及多領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科的綜合體系。近年來，隨著信息服務(wù)理念與方法的不斷變化與創(chuàng)新，信息管理在醫(yī)院圖書資料管理中獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用，在醫(yī)學(xué)信息中發(fā)揮著重要的作用，且在一定程度上提高了醫(yī)院圖書資料管理質(zhì)量。隨著醫(yī)療行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，醫(yī)院圖書館承擔(dān)了醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研知識儲備的重要任務(wù)，這就要求醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理應(yīng)不斷創(chuàng)新方法途徑，以滿足醫(yī)院發(fā)展需求，提高醫(yī)院圖書資料的利用率。本文以醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理為核心，就其開發(fā)應(yīng)用的方法途徑進(jìn)行闡述。

Abstract： The management of hospital books and materials is very difficult， which is a comprehensive system involving many fields and disciplines. In recent years， with the continuous change and innovation of the concept and method of information service， information management has been widely used in the management of hospital books and materials， playing an important role in medical information， and to a certain extent improving the quality of hospital books and materials management. With the continuous development of the medical industry， the hospital library has undertaken the important task of medical， teaching and scientific research knowledge storage， which requires the hospital library information management should continue to innovate methods and ways to meet the needs of the hospital development and improve the utilization rate of the hospital library information. In this paper， the hospital library information management as the core， on its development and application of the methods described.

醫(yī)院圖書館能夠為醫(yī)務(wù)人員提供有效的服務(wù)，是醫(yī)院醫(yī)療行為、培訓(xùn)教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究等活動順利進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)保障。近年來，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，信息技術(shù)在醫(yī)院各個領(lǐng)域中均獲得了普遍應(yīng)用，在圖書館管理中，信息技術(shù)的運用實現(xiàn)了圖書資源管理的信息化、現(xiàn)代化、數(shù)據(jù)化，因此顯著提高了醫(yī)院圖書資料的利用率[1]。然而，從醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理的現(xiàn)狀來分析，信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程緩慢、技術(shù)缺乏、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱等問題較為突出，導(dǎo)致圖書館功能無法完全發(fā)揮。因此，有必要加強(qiáng)圖書資料信息管理，與時俱進(jìn)，不斷對信息管理及開發(fā)應(yīng)用的方法途徑進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新[2]。

1? 醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理的特點

1.1 內(nèi)容豐富，信息量大

醫(yī)院圖書資料較多，內(nèi)容涉及面廣，信息量大。醫(yī)院圖書館所服務(wù)的對象主要是醫(yī)務(wù)人員，因此其專業(yè)性強(qiáng)，管理難度較大。

1.2 圖書信息分類多樣化

醫(yī)院圖書資料的分類多，且缺少標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與統(tǒng)一性，這不僅加大了醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理的難度，也在一定程度上造成了圖書資源的浪費。

1.3 圖書資料具有時效性

隨著醫(yī)療行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，醫(yī)學(xué)知識隨之更新，這就要求醫(yī)院圖書資料管理者應(yīng)與時俱進(jìn)，及時更新、補(bǔ)充新動態(tài)、新知識，以保證圖書資料的使用價值。

2? 醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理及開發(fā)應(yīng)用存在的問題

2.1 信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程緩慢

信息化建設(shè)在醫(yī)院其他領(lǐng)域中的開展較久，且效果明顯，但在圖書資料管理中，其發(fā)展滯后，建設(shè)進(jìn)程緩慢。分析原因，與醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對圖書資料信息管理的重視度不夠有關(guān)。

2.2 技術(shù)缺乏

在信息管理中，技術(shù)支持非常關(guān)鍵。信息管理存在明顯的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題，在醫(yī)院進(jìn)行圖書管信息化建設(shè)中，若缺乏技術(shù)支持，則圖書資料的安全性就難以得到保障[3]。技術(shù)缺乏也會影響圖書資料的共享，繼而影響其使用率。

2.3 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱

醫(yī)院圖書資料信息管理的基礎(chǔ)保障是硬件與軟件設(shè)施，且其投資成本高，在信息管理中占有極大的比例。因此，在醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視度不高、投入力度不足的情況下，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施就無法得到完善。
