2021年6月7日至8日，紀(jì)念中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系30周年特別外長(zhǎng)會(huì)及瀾滄江—湄公河合作第六次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)在渝召開(kāi)之際，重慶大劇院十屏聯(lián)動(dòng)、重慶環(huán)球金融中心外墻上演燈光秀：“慶祝中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系30周年Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of ASEAN—China Dialogue Relations”“同飲一江水 命運(yùn)緊相連 Shared River Shared Future”等字樣，熱烈歡迎遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)參會(huì)的嘉賓。

6月8日晚，在重慶市政府副市長(zhǎng)蔡允革和中國(guó)外交部邊海司司長(zhǎng)洪亮陪同下，菲律賓外交部長(zhǎng)特奧多羅·洛欽、柬埔寨外交部長(zhǎng)布拉帕拉、老撾外交部長(zhǎng)沙倫賽、緬甸外交部長(zhǎng)溫納貌倫、越南外交部長(zhǎng)裴青山等嘉賓登上游輪，游覽重慶兩江美景。

蔡允革在歡迎致辭中講道，近年來(lái)，重慶充分發(fā)揮聯(lián)結(jié)“一帶一路”和長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的獨(dú)特作用，全面對(duì)外開(kāi)放，與東盟國(guó)家的交往越來(lái)越密切，現(xiàn)在東盟是重慶的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴。也希望借助這次紀(jì)念中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系30周年特別外長(zhǎng)會(huì)在重慶舉辦的契機(jī)，依托西部陸海新通道，以通道帶物流、以物流帶產(chǎn)業(yè)，進(jìn)一步深化包括重慶在內(nèi)的中國(guó)西部地區(qū)與東盟各國(guó)的務(wù)實(shí)友好合作，共同造就美好未來(lái)。

嘉賓乘船游覽重慶兩江夜景時(shí)，紛紛拍照留念，并不時(shí)贊嘆“Marvelous ！”（真了不起！嘆為觀止?。?，看到重慶大劇院等建筑外墻亮燈字樣時(shí)，大家更是鼓掌贊嘆。

越南外交部長(zhǎng)裴青山對(duì)此次重慶之行表示感謝，并給予稱(chēng)贊。他說(shuō)，越南在重慶設(shè)立的貿(mào)易促進(jìn)辦公室，大力促進(jìn)了重慶與越南以及整個(gè)東盟之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)。柬埔寨外交部長(zhǎng)布拉帕拉也借此機(jī)會(huì)，感謝重慶此前伸出援手對(duì)柬埔寨捐贈(zèng)防疫物資。

On the evening of June 8， accompanied by Cai Yunge， vice mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government， and Hong Liang， director of the Department of Boundary and Ocean Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China， Philippine Foreign Minister Teodoro Locsin， Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn， Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith， Myanmar Foreign Minister Wunna Maung Lwin， Vietnamese Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son and other guests boarded the cruise ship to see the picturesque view of Chongqing's two rivers.

In his welcome speech， Cai Yuge said that Chongqing has fully played its unique role of linking the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt with all-around opening up and increasingly close ties with ASEAN countries. Now ASEAN is Chongqing's largest trading partner. Taking the opportunity of the Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations， relying on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor， it is hoped to further deepen the pragmatic and friendly cooperation between China's Western region， e.g. Chongqing and ASEAN countries， so as to jointly create a better future.

When the guests enjoyed the night scenery of Chongqing's two rivers by cruise ship， they took countless photos and gasped in admiration， "Marvelous！ （It's amazing！ Spectacular?。?"Seeing the lit words on the walls of Chongqing Grand Theatre and other buildings， they invariably applauded.

Vietnamese Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son expressed gratitude and commendation for his visit to Chongqing. He said that Vietnam's Trade Promotion Office established in Chongqing has greatly promoted the economic and trade exchanges between Chongqing and Vietnam as well as in the whole ASEAN. Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn also took this opportunity to thank Chongqing for donating epidemic prevention supplies to Cambodia.
