摘 要:整車行駛阻力直接關(guān)乎油耗的高低,在行駛阻力中起決定性的是輪胎滾動(dòng)阻力與風(fēng)阻力。為了直接有效的降低油耗,對(duì)輪胎滾動(dòng)阻力與風(fēng)阻力研究勢(shì)在必行。結(jié)合整車實(shí)際道路滑行試驗(yàn)與混合動(dòng)力臺(tái)架傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)阻力試驗(yàn),利用最小二乘法將輪胎與地面的滾動(dòng)阻力系數(shù)與整車行駛時(shí)的風(fēng)阻系數(shù)擬合出來。輪胎滾動(dòng)阻力系數(shù)與風(fēng)阻系數(shù)的確定可以有效地指導(dǎo)整車實(shí)際道路行駛阻力的改進(jìn)方向以及提升目標(biāo)。

Research on Rolling Resistance and Wind Resistance Coefficient based on Least Square Method

Abstract:The driving resistance of the whole vehicle is directly related to the fuel consumption, and the decisive driving resistance is the tire rolling resistance and wind resistance. To reduce fuel consumption directly and effectively, it is imperative to study tire rolling resistance and wind resistance. Combined with the actual road sliding test of the vehicle and the resistance test in the transmission system of the hybrid electric bench, the rolling resistance coefficient between the tire and the ground and the wind resistance coefficient of the vehicle are fitted by the least square method. The determination of tire rolling resistance coefficient and wind resistance coefficient can effectively guide the improvement direction and goal of vehicle actual road driving resistance.
