烏蘭布統(tǒng)位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)，距北京300多公里，屬丘陵與平原交錯(cuò)地帶。烏蘭布統(tǒng)草原是清朝木蘭圍場(chǎng)的一部分，因康熙皇帝指揮清軍大戰(zhàn)噶爾丹而著稱于世，更以其迷人的草原風(fēng)光，成為中外聞名的影視外景基地。

這里是森林和草原的有機(jī)結(jié)合，既具有南方優(yōu)雅秀麗的陰柔，又具有北方粗獷雄渾的陽(yáng)剛，兼具南秀北雄之美。草甸子廣闊，雖不是一望無(wú)際，但置身此地，我們必會(huì)感觸到“天似穹廬，籠蓋四野”，天蒼蒼，野茫茫，風(fēng)吹草低見(jiàn)牛羊的意境。漫山遍野的鮮花編織出一塊塊五彩繽紛的地毯，聚成一朵朵撲朔迷離的彩云。草甸邊緣的漫坡，有的地段長(zhǎng)滿了樺樹(shù)，疏密相間，疏可馳馬，密不通風(fēng)。這就是美麗的烏蘭布統(tǒng)草原。
