又到了海參收獲季節(jié)。清晨，迎著朝陽，海參養(yǎng)殖戶的捕撈船早早離岸，上午的海參捕撈作業(yè)開始了。

煙臺瀕臨黃渤海，海域環(huán)境得天獨厚。煙臺海域光照充足、波流平緩，水深5m至20m淺灣密布，海島海岸巖礁底質(zhì)區(qū)眾多，自古就是刺參棲息繁衍原生態(tài)良場。煙臺海水年平均水溫11.2-14.7℃，適宜刺參生長，海水鹽度穩(wěn)定，為刺參夏眠積累營養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造了上佳環(huán)境，微藻和海藻達120多種，為刺參提供了天然的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)。煙臺海參為開放海域生長，周期達3-5年以上，營養(yǎng)富集。

2022年，煙臺海參養(yǎng)殖面積58.9萬畝，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值60.6億元?！盁熍_海參”品牌價值達42.37億元，在全國知名海參區(qū)域品牌三席中占一席。2020年首屆世界海參產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會上，煙臺獲準承辦國際海參專業(yè)年度展會，是全國唯一“世界海參產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會永久舉辦地”。

In 2022， Yantai sea cucumber farming area reached 589，000 mu， achieving an output value of 6.06 billion yuan.The brand value of “Yantai Sea Cucumber” reached 4.237 billion yuan， ranking among the top three well-known sea cucumber regional brands in the country.At the first World Sea Cucumber Industry Expo in 2020， Yantai was approved to host the annual international sea cucumber professional exhibition， and is the only “permanent venue for the World Sea Cucumber Industry Expo” in the country.
