巴西圣保羅州立大學孔子學院于2008年揭牌建立,由湖北大學和圣保羅州立大學合作共建,現(xiàn)已在巴西3個州開設了16 個教學點。

Established in 2008, the Confucius Institute atthe University of S?o Paulo, a joint initiative withHubei University, has since expanded its presence to16 educational sites across three Brazilian states.

近年來,孔院在保留原有的線下課程和活動的同時,通過在線授課等方式,將中文教育推廣到更大的范圍,積極打造更加開放、包容、可共享的數(shù)字化教學資源和教學平臺,推動教育教學轉型升級。如今,線上班級數(shù)及學員人數(shù)均占全年總數(shù)的80%左右,學員遍布巴西;從線上課堂開通之日起,孔院已經舉辦了10場網絡漢語考試;開發(fā)了10多門中文和以中國文化為主題的系列特色線上課程; 運營了多款社交媒體,在發(fā)文量、閱讀量和關注度方面都取得了較好的成績。

In recent years, whilst maintaining its rangeof existing in-person courses and activities, theInstitute has expanded the reach of Chinese languageeducation through online instruction. The Institutehas been proactive in creating an open, inclusive, andshareable digital educational ecosystem, fosteringa transformation and upgrade in educationalteaching methods. Today, online classes and studentenrollments account for some 80% of the annualtotal, with students located throughout Brazil. Sincethe launch of the online classroom, the Institute hashosted ten online Chinese proficiency examinations,has developed twelve specialized online courses onthe Chinese language and Chinese culture, and hascreated multiple social media channels which haveseen good engagement in terms of post volume,readership, and numbers of followers.

Implementing digital teaching management

孔院對ERP系統(tǒng)進行個性化設置,學生可以直接在線注冊、繳費,參加入學分班測試,查看任課教師相關信息;教師可以在系統(tǒng)上記錄考勤,錄入成績;教學管理人員可以掌握學生的報名情況、到課情況以及進行成績管理等。借助數(shù)字化的教學管理系統(tǒng),孔院正在不斷優(yōu)化管理流程與機制。

Through customized settings in their ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system, the Instituteallows students to register directly, pay tuition fees, take placement tests, and view information oninstructors online. Teachers use the system to trackattendance and input grades, while administrativestaff monitor student enrollment and attendance,as well as manage grades. By leveraging this digitaleducation management system, the Institute iscontinuously optimizing its administrative processesand mechanisms.

拓展數(shù)字化教學模式

Expanding digital teaching models

孔院積極主動尋求互動性強的授課平臺,數(shù)字化教學模式逐漸走向創(chuàng)新之路。除開設線上直播課程外,孔院還制作并發(fā)布了HSK預備課程、葡語版中國航天故事、春節(jié)及端午文化等免費特色“微課程”,讓課本內容“活起來”“動起來”,有效提升了學生探求知識的動力,這類課程非常受歡迎,已吸引近萬人關注和參與。

The Institute has proactively sought toidentify interactive teaching platforms, guidingdigital instruction towards innovative approaches. Inaddition to offering live online courses, the Institutehas produced and released free “micro-courses” ontopics such as preparation for HSK examinations,Chinese aerospace stories in Portuguese, and ChineseNew Year and Dragon Boat Festival culture. Thesebring textbook content to life, increasing students’engagement and effectively boosting their motivationto gain new knowledge; these specialized courseshave been very well-received, attracting some tenthousand followers and participants.

Diverse activity platforms

在保留傳統(tǒng)線下活動形式的同時,孔院致力于豐富線上文化交流平臺。例如,“歡樂中國年 · 樂響荊鐘”線上大型編鐘音樂讓更多巴西人領略了中國傳統(tǒng)樂器之美;用武漢方言演唱的民謠《漢陽門花園》MV,在巴西國內外各大媒體平臺被瀏覽和轉載25萬余次;在圣保羅舉辦的中國電影展上,通過線上線下兩種模式使觀影人數(shù)大幅增加;“童年無國界”中巴兒童文學線上交流活動吸引了共計2 000多人次觀看;聯(lián)合巴西國內高校舉辦留學宣講活動,打造中巴教育的互動平臺。

Whilst retaining traditional in-person activities,the Institute has dedicated itself to enriching itsonline cultural exchange platforms. For example, thelarge-scale online performance of Sinos da Primavera(“Joyful Chinese New Year: Sounding Bells ofJingzhong”) has enabled more Brazilian people toappreciate the beautyof traditional Chinesemusical instruments. Amusic video of the folksong “Hanyang GateGarden,” performedin the Wuhan dialect,was viewed and sharedover 250,000 times onmajor Brazilian mediaplatforms. The ChinaFilm Festival held inS?o Paulo has seen asignificant increasei n a t t e n d an c e b yoffering both in-personand online viewingoptions. The “Child-hood Without Borders” Chinese-Brazilianchildren’s literature online exchange event hasattracted over 2,000 viewers. The Institutehas also collaborated with Brazilian universities tohost study abroad promotional events, creating aninteractive platform for Chinese-Brazilian education.

Efficient online communication

近兩年,孔院的官方網站、YouTube、Facebook和Instagram每年累計發(fā)帖量將近300個,新增關注量超過2萬;2022年4月,學校開通了微信公眾號和視頻號,共發(fā)推文93篇,視頻48個,閱讀總量超過8 000次,點贊量超過1 000次。2022年9月學校還開通了播客,通過創(chuàng)新方式講述中國歷史、傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日、留學中國等熱點話題。

During the past two years, theInstitute’s official website, alongwith its YouTube, Facebook, andInstagram channels, have postedsome 300 items annually, gainingover 20,000 new followers. In April2022, the Institute launched itsWeChat public account and videochannel, publishing 93 articlesand 48 videos whichhave garnered over 8,000views and more than 1,000likes. In September 2022,the Institute launched apodcast which innovativelydiscusses hot topicssuch as Chinese history,traditional festivals, andstudying in China.

孔院通過數(shù)字化技術,為學校與學生、教師以及社會各界提供了更多的交流平臺和合作機會,有利于學校以及學員更好地服務于社會,并借助數(shù)字化教學平臺,使更多人加入到中文學習的隊伍中來。

The Institute in Brazil has used digital technologyto provide more communication platforms andcollaboration opportunities for the Institute, students,teachers, and the wider community. This is beneficialfor the Institute and its students, better servingsociety and, through digital teaching platforms,attracting more people to join the ranks of Chineselanguage learners.
