英語書面表達作為高中階段英語教學的一項重要內容，在階段性考試和高考中占據很大比重。英語書面表達體現學生語言綜合運用能力，是衡量高中生英語水平的最高標準，也是英語學習過程中最難掌握的一種能力。以下是我在提高學生寫作能力方面的一些建議。

一、在高級詞匯上下功夫

文章中貼切使用的高級詞匯就相當于一顆顆耀眼的明珠，讓你的文章極其出彩，從而得到高分，那么如何在高級詞匯上下功夫呢？那就是遣詞造句，實踐是金，在練習寫作中我們要培養(yǎng)一種主動使用高級詞匯的意識。

（一）做到由初中詞匯到高中詞匯的晉升。

例：The composition is good.改為The composition is Wonderful/excellent/outstanding/super/terrific.

（二）注意同義詞的交換使用，這樣可以讓文章詞匯豐富。

例：It will be interesting/a lot of fun.

Last summer I visited/toured the place with my parents.

（三）適當利用短語來代替單詞，這是優(yōu)秀文章的一個特色。

例：Suddenly I had a good idea.

改進：Suddenly I came up with a good idea.

二、應用較多的語法結構

優(yōu)美的文章之所以流暢有節(jié)奏，讀起來朗朗上口，就是因為句式不單調，有變化，有的考生寫的文章中，只用簡單的單句，有的作文中每句使用的人稱和每句的詞數都基本相同，盡管這種書面表達內容要點都齊全，也無語法詞匯錯誤，但得分檔次卻達不到最高檔?？忌鷳撚米儞Q主語，變換語態(tài)或加上其他成分等手法來改變句子結構，從而提高得分檔次，也可用語法結構較為復雜的句子為文章增添色彩，具體而言：

（一）在簡單句中，除了主系表、主謂賓等五大基本句型，我們還可以用其他特殊句式，常見的有：

①被動句、感嘆句的使用。

例：We will build a botanical garden in our school.

改進：→A botanical garden will be set up in our school .

例：It is a Wonderful day.

改進：What a Wonderful day it is.

②祈使句、疑問句的使用，有時一般疑問句的使用帶有商量語氣，顯得委婉，得體。

例：Do you think it is suitable for you？If not，I will try again.

③優(yōu)美的there be句式和with的復合結構。

例：There are more and more people enjoying surfing the Internet.

With so many people speaking English，it will became more important to have a good knowledge of English.

④非謂語動詞幾乎在每篇范文中都會用到，我們可以根據寫作要點，恰當運用非謂語動詞，為文章增添色彩。

例：We should learn to drive cars.

改進：→It is necessary for us to learn to drive cars.

I can′t speak English well.

改進：→I have difficulty in speaking English.

We set off very early and went along an extremely narrow road，all in comfort.

改進：→Setting off very early，we went along an extremaly narrow road，all in comfort.

（二）復合句本身就是高級的語法結構，我要給同學們強調的是一些固定的，還有寫作中常見但同學們不太注意的。

①使用固定的復合句式。

例：I was about to leave when the telephone ran.

②非限制定語從句的使用。

例：There are many drivers breaking the traffic rules， which may cause many accidents.

③定語從句、名詞性從句與狀語從句互換使用。

例：We built a school in what used to be a factory.

或We built a school in the place which used to be a factory.

或We built a school where there used to be a factory.

④掌握各種體裁文章的基本模式，做到模仿寫作，不斷提高。尤其是開頭、結尾，那些優(yōu)美句式集合體，我覺得非常有必要把他們牢記下來，遇到相似文章再作適當變通即可。

例：We always hear the discussion whether buying cars should be encouraged or not. Some people suggest buying cars while others claim that buying cars is not a wise idea.As far as I am concerned，I am in favor of the later opinion.

總之，書面表達是高考的重頭戲，對于高級詞匯，優(yōu)美的句式結構，我們要多理解記憶，多積累歸納，并多舉一反三地應用。寫作時再考慮一下高考的其他幾個標準加以完美，那么你的書面表達就會有一個質的飛躍，取得理想的分數。
