管排對(duì)水平強(qiáng)化管外冷凝換熱性能影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]通過(guò)傳熱實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)采用高效管的水平管束的管外冷凝換熱進(jìn)行分析研究,介紹了具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法、實(shí)驗(yàn)條件和單管換熱系數(shù)的計(jì)算方法,根據(jù)得到的數(shù)據(jù)擬合出新的管束修正系數(shù)計(jì)算公式,并與現(xiàn)有的管束修正系數(shù)進(jìn)行比較。研究結(jié)果對(duì)殼管式冷凝器的設(shè)計(jì)具有實(shí)際借鑒作用。

Abstract:Experimental research is conducted to study the tube bundle impact on outside condensation performance of horizontal enhanced tube,experimental conditions and data analysis methods are illustrated as well.New tube bundle factor is addressed based on the testing data that is compared with existing condensation inundation adjustment factors.
