一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

1.知識(shí)目標(biāo)

（1）重點(diǎn)詞匯和短語(yǔ)： guitar，sing，swim，dance，chess，play chess，draw，speak，join，club。

掌握并熟練運(yùn)用下列重點(diǎn)句型：

① —Can you play the guitar？

—Yes， I can. / No， I cant.

② —What can you do？

—I can dance.

③ —What club do you want to join？

—I want to join the chess club.

（2）掌握語(yǔ)法：情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can的用法。

2.能力目標(biāo)

（1）提高學(xué)生聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫的能力。

（2）提高學(xué)生合作探究與相互交流的能力。

3.情感目標(biāo)

該部分內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生的生活，談?wù)摰脑掝}是能力。通過(guò)互相詢問(wèn)或談?wù)撟约夯驅(qū)Ψ皆谀骋环矫娴哪芰?，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的群體意識(shí)。

三、教學(xué)流程

Step One： Warm up

Show two short videos about drawing and playing basketball. Ask the students if they can do them. Introduce the unit we will learn today.

Step Two： Presentation

1.Show some pictures about different instruments. Ask the students to read after the teacher and correct their pronunciations. Remember the new words： guitar， violin， piano， drum.

2.Listen and choose which instrument it is. The students listen to the sound of different instruments and choose the right pictures. Spell the words one by one.

3.Go on to learn the other words according to the pictures and learn the expressions in this lesson： play the drum， play chess， play the piano， play the violin， sing， draw， speak English.

The students learn and read the words after the teacher， then read to the partners and help each other to correct the pronunciation.

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】 生動(dòng)的圖片給學(xué)生留下了更直觀的印象，進(jìn)而使其更快地識(shí)記單詞，再形成教師領(lǐng)讀——學(xué)生拼讀——互相檢查幫助——教師檢查輔導(dǎo)的模式，容易激發(fā)學(xué)生的積極性。同時(shí)聽音分辨樂器的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)增加了課堂的趣味性，鞏固所學(xué)單詞。

4. Pair work. Show the pictures about the abilities. The students ask and answer in pairs to practice the first target sentences in turns.

5. Introduce the clubs in our school by using the pictures： English club， music club， swimming club， chess club， art club. Ask the students what clubs they want to join. Then the students practice the conversation in pairs.

6. Play a game. Play a game named“Whos lucky？” One student chooses a number he likes. If hes lucky， there will not be any contents. Instead there will be a conversation about the clubs.

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】通過(guò)圖片介紹學(xué)校里的社團(tuán)，使學(xué)生始終處于教師所設(shè)置的情境中，并圍繞本課的重點(diǎn)句型展開對(duì)話，為學(xué)生開口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)提供了機(jī)會(huì)。同時(shí)游戲環(huán)節(jié)極大地增加了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，使學(xué)生能夠積極參加。

Step Three： Listening practice

1. Match the pictures with the people in 1a.Write down the answers on the students papers. Then check the answers together.

2. Listening task 1in 1b. Listen and number the conversations.

3. Listening task 2 in 2a. Listen to these two conversations and circle the clubs they hear.

4. Listening task 3 in 2b. Listen again. Complete the sentences.

The teacher explains the purpose of the listening practice ahead.

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】學(xué)生在教師的要求下完成聽力任務(wù)，參與教材活動(dòng)2a可以提高聽力的關(guān)鍵技能——記關(guān)鍵詞，參與活動(dòng)2b可以通過(guò)根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容填寫關(guān)鍵詞的訓(xùn)練，增強(qiáng)聽的技能。

Step Four： Group work and report

1.Group work： The students make a conversation in groups. They ask each other by using the target languages “What club do you want to join？ I want to join... I can ...” and choose one student to report the results in their group.

2. Make a report： In my group， I can/like ， so I want to join . I think its . can/likes ， so he/she wants to join . And he/she thinks its .

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】在綜合探究活動(dòng)中，學(xué)生通過(guò)組內(nèi)合作的對(duì)話練習(xí)及匯報(bào)活動(dòng)，鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí)，思維得以打開，提高了在真實(shí)場(chǎng)景中運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力、合作探究與相互交流的能力。

Step Five： Summary and homework

Summary：Some students make a summary what they learned in this class.

Homework：Please write a letter to your best friend. You need to tell them what club you want to go and introduce yourselves.

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】小結(jié)環(huán)節(jié)使學(xué)生又重新回顧一遍本堂課的主要內(nèi)容，可以使其更加準(zhǔn)確地理解本節(jié)課的主要內(nèi)容。學(xué)完這節(jié)課后，學(xué)生通過(guò)互相詢問(wèn)或談?wù)撟约夯驅(qū)Ψ皆谀骋环矫娴哪芰?，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了群體意識(shí)。

反思：

本節(jié)聽說(shuō)課為該單元的第一課時(shí)，在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)教師充分考慮學(xué)生的整體情況，設(shè)立的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)難點(diǎn)和教學(xué)重點(diǎn)合理、恰當(dāng)。在課堂教學(xué)中設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)話練習(xí)、小組合作探究匯報(bào)等方式使課堂層層遞進(jìn)，有效地完成了預(yù)期設(shè)定的提高學(xué)生聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫能力與合作探究及相互交流能力的目標(biāo)。但在應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)中，教師還可以多預(yù)設(shè)幾個(gè)情景，例如班級(jí)組織學(xué)生要報(bào)社團(tuán)，班長(zhǎng)正在詢問(wèn)同學(xué)的愛好，或者幾個(gè)好朋友正在談?wù)搶W(xué)校社團(tuán)，而不是單純的小組匯報(bào)形式，活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)略顯單調(diào)。同時(shí)單詞和重點(diǎn)句型教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)可以引入實(shí)物教具，學(xué)生也可以自帶實(shí)物或照片，這樣學(xué)生能更牢固地記住詞義，并反復(fù)使用它們進(jìn)行對(duì)話與角色表演，增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的趣味性和直觀性。
