[摘要] 目的 瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦在促宮頸成熟過(guò)程中應(yīng)用宮頸球囊的臨床效果討論研究。 方法 參與本實(shí)驗(yàn)的瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦共37例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分成研究組（n=18）和對(duì)照組（n=19），兩組產(chǎn)婦均應(yīng)用子宮頸擴(kuò)張球囊，研究組在其基礎(chǔ)上加行相應(yīng)臨床護(hù)理操作，對(duì)比兩組患者相關(guān)臨床指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)變化情況。 結(jié)果 相比于對(duì)照組，研究組患者促宮頸成熟總有效率和護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度均更高；同時(shí)研究組患者各引產(chǎn)指標(biāo)和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率等指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)均更低（P<0.05），研究組產(chǎn)婦促宮頸成熟效果更好。 結(jié)論 瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦在促宮頸成熟過(guò)程中應(yīng)用子宮頸擴(kuò)張球囊效果更好，能夠提高產(chǎn)婦的促宮頸成熟總有效率、促進(jìn)其引產(chǎn)，同時(shí)還能夠控制并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，在達(dá)到預(yù)期促宮頸成熟過(guò)程中有保證了安全性，在臨床中應(yīng)用具有重要意義。

Nursing effect of cervical dilatation balloon used to promote cervical ripening in late pregnancy with scar uterus

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical balloon in the process of cervical ripening in the late trimester of pregnancy. Methods A total of 37 women with scar uterus and late pregnancy were divided into the study group （n=18） and the control group （n=19） according to the random number table，All patients of two groups were used in cervical dilatation balloon，study group underwent corresponding clinical nursing operation on the basis of，the clinical data of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group，the study group was more efficient in promoting cervical ripening and higher in nursing satisfaction.At the same time，the indexes of labor induction and complication rate in the study group were lower （P<0.05），and the study group had better effect on promoting cervical ripening. Conclusion Scar uterus in late pregnancy pregnant women using cervical dilatation balloon has better effect in cervical ripening process，can improve the maternal cervical ripening and total efficiency，promote the induction of labor，and can control the occurrence of complications，to achieve the desired cervical ripening process to ensure the safety，and it has important significance in clinical application.

近年來(lái)瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦分娩問(wèn)題受到越來(lái)越多醫(yī)護(hù)人員的重視[1]。目前，越來(lái)越多瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦希望嘗試陰道分娩，這有利于孕婦身體恢復(fù)[2]。但是在傳統(tǒng)觀念當(dāng)中，大多數(shù)醫(yī)護(hù)人員均認(rèn)為瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦選擇陰道分娩風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大，分娩過(guò)程中容易出現(xiàn)大出血、胎兒窘迫等情況[3]，影響產(chǎn)婦及胎兒的生命安全。隨著我國(guó)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步，經(jīng)實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn)，瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦存在經(jīng)陰道分娩的幾率[4]，主要是分娩過(guò)程中產(chǎn)婦宮頸條件成熟即可[5]。本實(shí)驗(yàn)共選取37例瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦，對(duì)其促宮頸成熟過(guò)程中應(yīng)用宮頸球囊，效果較好?，F(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

參與本實(shí)驗(yàn)的瘢痕子宮孕晚期妊娠產(chǎn)婦共37例，所有患者均為我院2016年1月～2017年1月期間收治的。經(jīng)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)同意按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有產(chǎn)婦分成研究組和對(duì)照組，研究組18例產(chǎn)婦最大和最小年齡分別為36歲和23歲，平均（29.5±1.3）歲，平均孕周為（41.5±1.2）周；對(duì)照組的19例產(chǎn)婦的年齡區(qū)間為25～36歲，平均（30.5±1.5）歲，平均孕周為（40.5±1.5）周。對(duì)于本實(shí)驗(yàn)兩組產(chǎn)婦均知曉并自愿簽署同意書(shū)，所有家屬均支持同意其參與實(shí)驗(yàn)討論。對(duì)兩組產(chǎn)婦的一般資料如平均年齡、平均孕周等指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），兩組產(chǎn)婦均能夠滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)基本要求。endprint
