有祭孔大典的莊重威嚴(yán)，也有蹴鞠技藝的歡脫喜悅；有木版年畫的藝術(shù)韻味，也有濰坊風(fēng)箏的匠心獨具；有梁祝傳說的凄美婉轉(zhuǎn)，也有膠州秧歌的普天同慶；有聊城雜技的翻轉(zhuǎn)騰挪，也有山東快書的嬉笑怒罵。歷史悠久的齊魯大地上，從來不缺乏人民的藝術(shù)，藝術(shù)的人民。

自2006年開始，經(jīng)中華人民共和國國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，由文化部確定并公布首批國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。首批非遺名錄中，包含民間文學(xué)、民間音樂、民間舞蹈、傳統(tǒng)戲劇、曲藝、雜技與競技、民間藝術(shù)、傳統(tǒng)手工技藝、傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥、民俗等10個大類。其中山東省共有23個項目入選，分布在除傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥外的9大類項目中。

子丑寅卯，歲月更替，12年一個輪回，時間來到2018年。隨著中國非遺保護實踐在制度建設(shè)、宣傳展示和人才培養(yǎng)三大方面的不斷進步，非遺也越來越受大眾的關(guān)注和社會的重視。

昔日非遺今如何？讓我們走近那些傳承千年的文化記憶。

On the land of Shandong with a time-honored history, there is no lack of folk arts existing for the ordinary people, such as solemnity of the grand ceremony held to offering worships to Confucius, revels in playing Cuju, artistic charm of the woodcut New Year paintings,unique consummate craftsmanship of Weifang kite, the sadly beautiful legend about Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, the celebration of Jiaozho yangge, the movement of Liaocheng acrobatics, and the merry laugh or angry curse of Shandong clapper ballad, to name but a few.

Since 2006, approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Culture of the State Council chose and publicly announced the list of the fi rst batch of national-level intangible cultural heritages,which covered 10 categories, including folk literature, folk music, folk dance, folk operas,Quyi, acrobatics and tournament, folk art,traditional manual skills, traditional Chinese medicine, and folk customs. Twenty-three items of Shandong was chosen in the list,which were distributer in nine categories save for traditional Chinese medicine.

With the vicissitudes of life, the year 2018 has come. With China’s constant progress made in the system construction,publicity, displays and talent training concerning the practice in the protection of intangible cultural heritages, the intangible cultural heritages are winning more and more public attention.
