[摘要] 目的 分析兒科臨床教學(xué)過(guò)程中采取整合式教學(xué)模式的應(yīng)用效果。方法 該次研究選取2016年1月—2018年12月來(lái)該院兒科實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生90名作為觀察對(duì)象,參照抽簽結(jié)果分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)對(duì)照組實(shí)習(xí)生采取傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,對(duì)觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生采取整合式教學(xué)模式,對(duì)比兩組學(xué)生掌握理論知識(shí)、實(shí)踐操作的情況,評(píng)估并比較各組教學(xué)質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生掌握理論知識(shí)評(píng)分(94.35±2.11)分、實(shí)踐操作評(píng)分(95.02±3.03)分均明顯高于對(duì)照組(t=13.05、12.98,P<0.05)。另外,觀察組此次教學(xué)氛圍(45.86±2.01)分、教學(xué)方法(47.24±1.05)分、學(xué)習(xí)興趣(47.58±0.85)分均明顯高于對(duì)照組(t=8.55、9.69、13.22,P<0.05)。結(jié)論 兒科臨床教學(xué)期間實(shí)施整合式教學(xué)模式效果更佳,能夠提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated teaching mode in the clinical teaching of pediatrics. Methods In this study, 90 cases of pediatric internship students in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as observation objects. According to the results, these patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery. The control group adopted routine teaching mode, while the observation group of interns adopted an integrated teaching mode, compare the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the two groups of students, and evaluate and compare the teaching quality of each group. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge (94.35±2.11)points and practice scores (95.02±3.03)points were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (t=13.05, 12.98, P<0.05). In addition, the teaching atmosphere (45.86±2.01)points, teaching method (47.24±1.05)points, and learning interest (47.58±0.85)points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=8.55, 9.69, 13.22, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of integrated teaching mode during pediatric clinical teaching is more effective, it can improve the quality of teaching, and motivate students to learn. It is worth promoting and applying.

臨床實(shí)習(xí)屬于培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生專項(xiàng)知識(shí)、技能,處理臨床問題能力的重要教學(xué)途徑,且能夠幫助學(xué)生掌握怎樣形成良好醫(yī)患關(guān)系、處理醫(yī)療糾紛、增強(qiáng)法律觀念,是每一位醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生成為醫(yī)生的必經(jīng)過(guò)程。那么,臨床教學(xué)過(guò)程中,如何選擇教學(xué)模式至關(guān)重要[1]。兒科工作環(huán)境相對(duì)復(fù)雜,專業(yè)性較強(qiáng),且面對(duì)的患兒年齡較小,開展醫(yī)務(wù)工作更為困難,因此,需深入分析兒科臨床教學(xué),保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量,幫助學(xué)生更好地掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)能力[2]。該文以2016年1月—2018年12月來(lái)該院兒科實(shí)習(xí)的90名實(shí)習(xí)生為研究對(duì)象,探究整合式教學(xué)模式的價(jià)值,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
該次研究選取來(lái)該院兒科實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生90名作為觀察對(duì)象,參照抽簽結(jié)果分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組共計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)生45名,包括男生15名、女生30名;最低年齡20歲,最高年齡26歲,平均年齡(22.5±1.4)歲,全部為本科學(xué)歷。觀察組共計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)生45名,包括男生16名、女生29名;最低年齡21歲,最高年齡25歲,平均年齡(22.7±1.3)歲,全部為本科學(xué)歷。兩組一般資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),可進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。
1.2 ?方法
1.2.1 對(duì)照組方法 ?對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,由同一名??浦v師負(fù)責(zé),將該組實(shí)習(xí)生集中在一起,以兒科科室內(nèi)各種典型疾病作為教學(xué)內(nèi)容,開展大課堂式集中授課的模式。教學(xué)內(nèi)容包括各疾病患兒典型體征展示,臨床實(shí)際比例分析。授課結(jié)束后需開展傳統(tǒng)理論知識(shí)考核,并由講師根據(jù)考核結(jié)果對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估,還可組織對(duì)實(shí)際病例的小組內(nèi)討論學(xué)習(xí)。
