[摘要] 目的 分析老年心血管內(nèi)科護理教學中案例教學法的效果。方法 于2018年8月—2019年8月選取該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實習的學生40名,隨機分為研究組和對照組,每組20名。研究組行案例教學法,對照組行基礎教學法,記錄兩組考核成績、學生對案例質(zhì)量的評價以及學生對教學效果的評價。結(jié)果 兩組理論成績對比組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),研究組護理技能以及案例分析評分高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);研究組對案例質(zhì)量的各項評價高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);研究組對教學效果的各項評價高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 老年心血管內(nèi)科教學中,案例教學法應用有利于學生學習積極性的提升,培養(yǎng)學生解決問題的能力。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method in nursing teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine. Methods Forty students of internship in cardiovascular medicine in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group, with 20 in each group. The study group performed case teaching methods, and the control group performed basic teaching methods. The two groups' assessment results, students' evaluation of case quality, and students' evaluation of teaching effects were recorded. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the comparison of theoretical results(P>0.05). The nursing skills and case analysis scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and there statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). The item evaluation was higher than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The evaluation of the teaching effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine, the application of case teaching method is conducive to the improvement of students' learning enthusiasm and the cultivation of students' ability to solve problems.

老年心血管內(nèi)科護理學是護理專業(yè)主要課程,作為護理學和老年學交叉的學科,老年心血管內(nèi)科護理學不僅僅在于保護老年患者身心安全,提升生活質(zhì)量。同時這一課程在護理體系中占據(jù)關鍵地位,為學生從事臨床護理工作,老年護理保健提供有力依據(jù)[1]。老年心血管內(nèi)科護理教學本身具有較強的理論實踐特征,以往老年護理學課程主要以灌輸理念為主,學生接受為輔,在一定程度上忽略了學生主動學習的興趣[2]。案例教學法主要是教師在教學過程中,以案例作為根本,讓學生進入到案例情景中,去解決問題,學生對學習進行研究分析,加深學生對理論和概念的理解,以此提升學生解決問題的能力。該研究2018年8月—2019年8月期間在該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實習的40名學生為研究對象,評定案例教學法的有效性,現(xiàn)報道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
選取在該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實習的學生40名,隨機分為研究組(n=20)和對照組(n=20)。研究組中,男女比值3:17,年齡區(qū)間22~25歲;對照組中,男女比值4:16,年齡區(qū)間21~26歲。兩組基本資料對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)。
