摘 要:素質(zhì)教育是當(dāng)今新課標(biāo)推行的重要訴求,也是學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的具體道路解釋。素質(zhì)教育倡導(dǎo)人創(chuàng)造能力、道德品質(zhì)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的培養(yǎng),而不只局限于考試成績(jī)的提高。推動(dòng)小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)與素質(zhì)教育結(jié)合日益彰顯其必要性,不僅對(duì)于學(xué)生的藝術(shù)啟蒙、審美建立有積極的意義,而且有利于素質(zhì)教育的具體普及和實(shí)施。在素質(zhì)教育背景下開展小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)工作,我們要注意“引導(dǎo)”大于“灌輸”,“創(chuàng)造”大于“模仿”,“欣賞”大于“比拼”的方針概況,全面注意素質(zhì)教育在小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)應(yīng)用中的可能盲區(qū)。在具體教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,我們可以通過利用課本素質(zhì)教育元素、組織課內(nèi)課外美術(shù)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),挖掘?qū)W生想象力與創(chuàng)造力、尊重學(xué)生個(gè)體差異等策略方法,具體而全方位地提升小學(xué)生的美術(shù)素養(yǎng),促進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育理念和小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)的有機(jī)結(jié)合。

【Abstract】Quality education is an important demand for the implementation of the new curriculum standard and a concrete way to explain the all-round development of students. Quality education advocates the cultivation of creative ability,moral quality and sustainable development ability,not only the improvement of examination results. Promoting the combination of art teaching and quality education in primary schools shows its necessity day by day,which not only has positive significance for students' artistic enlightenment and aesthetic establishment,but also is conducive to the concrete popularization and implementation of quality education.Under the background of quality education,we should pay attention to the general situation that "guidance" is greater than "indoctrination "," creation" is greater than "imitation "," appreciation" is greater than "competition ".Pay attention to the possible blind area of quality education in primary school art teaching.In the concrete teaching practice,we can use the textbook quality education element,organize the extracurricular art practice activity in class,excavate the student imagination and creativity,respect the student individual difference and so on strategy method,concretely and omni-directional enhances the elementary school student's fine arts accomplishment,promotes the quality education idea and the primary school fine arts teaching organic union.

隨著新課改的進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)和新課標(biāo)的完善與擬定,學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)提升成為了中小學(xué)教育中越來越被廣泛討論的話題。小學(xué)是人生學(xué)習(xí)的初期和重要階段,而這個(gè)階段的美術(shù)教學(xué),對(duì)于學(xué)生審美趣味和藝術(shù)涵養(yǎng)的建立有著重要的影響。在素質(zhì)教育背景下,如何將小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)工作與素質(zhì)教育理念有效結(jié)合,也成為了人們不斷思考的話題。本文將從素質(zhì)教育背景的含義及其訴求出發(fā),淺述推動(dòng)小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)與素質(zhì)教育結(jié)合的必要性,并進(jìn)一步提出在素質(zhì)教育背景下開展小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)工作的注意點(diǎn),同時(shí)提出一系列在素質(zhì)教育背景下開展小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)工作的策略,以供廣大教育工作者們參考與借鑒。
1.素質(zhì)教育背景及其訴求
改革開放至今,國(guó)家一直將提升全民素質(zhì)作為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要任務(wù)。人民素質(zhì)的高低,與國(guó)家與社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著不可忽視的關(guān)聯(lián)?;诖?,近年來推行的新課改越來越呼吁“素質(zhì)”教育的普及,在基礎(chǔ)教育層面加強(qiáng)新一代素質(zhì)品質(zhì)的夯實(shí)。
素質(zhì)教育指的是在教育中,以提高受教育者各方面的素質(zhì)為目標(biāo)。素質(zhì)教育在應(yīng)試體制的基礎(chǔ)上,添加了對(duì)于人道德品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新能力、可持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)等方面的要求。首先,素質(zhì)教育對(duì)于人的道德品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)有著極高的訴求,倡導(dǎo)社會(huì)公德、傳統(tǒng)美德的培養(yǎng)和健康價(jià)值觀的形成。其次,素質(zhì)教育十分重視人的創(chuàng)新能力與可持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)能力,創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)展和自學(xué)能力的完善對(duì)于社會(huì)科技經(jīng)濟(jì)各領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展都有非常重要的意義。
