一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容
本單元的話題是運(yùn)用一般過(guò)去時(shí)談?wù)搶W(xué)校組織的游覽活動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)“描述過(guò)去發(fā)生的事情”的語(yǔ)言功能,是人們?nèi)粘I钪薪?jīng)常遇到的話題。本課是新授課,主要是進(jìn)行be動(dòng)詞及實(shí)意動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式的學(xué)習(xí)及運(yùn)用。對(duì)于一般過(guò)去時(shí)這一新的時(shí)態(tài),主要是讓學(xué)生在時(shí)間上與現(xiàn)在時(shí)進(jìn)行對(duì)比學(xué)習(xí)。文本的素材源于學(xué)生的日常生活,教師也可以結(jié)合身邊的活動(dòng)(動(dòng)詞)來(lái)進(jìn)行教學(xué)。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 語(yǔ)言知識(shí)目標(biāo):
學(xué)習(xí)課文中的重點(diǎn)詞匯milk, cow, ride a horse, feed chickens, farmer, anything, grow, pick, excellent, country等,達(dá)到聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)四會(huì);掌握并熟練運(yùn)用be動(dòng)詞was/ were的一般過(guò)去時(shí)。
2. 語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo):
學(xué)會(huì)用was/ were及實(shí)意動(dòng)詞描述過(guò)去發(fā)生的事情;學(xué)會(huì)寫(xiě)電子郵件;能積極思考,結(jié)合自己的生活實(shí)際,描述自己的愛(ài)好。
三、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)
重點(diǎn):掌握與農(nóng)場(chǎng)和鄉(xiāng)村活動(dòng)相關(guān)的重點(diǎn)詞匯和短語(yǔ),熟練運(yùn)用一般過(guò)去時(shí)描述過(guò)去發(fā)生的事情。
難點(diǎn):一般過(guò)去時(shí)的運(yùn)用; 不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式的使用。

七、教學(xué)步驟
Step 1 :Warming up
Ask students about what they usually do on weekends.
Model: T: How is your weekend?
S: Its great/ terrible, good, OK. / Not bad.
T: What do you usually do on weekends?
S: I usually play soccer / do my homework /
clean my room...
T: How about your friend?
S: She / He usually stays at home and watch TV.
Step 2: Presenting
1. Make a list of the verb phrases students said just now on the blackboard.
For example: play soccer, do my homework, clean my room, stay at home, watch TV...
2. Go on asking students: What did you do last weekend?How was your last weekend?
Help students answer, using the past tense of the verbs.
Pay attention to the change of verbs form.
watch TV...watched TV,play soccer...played soccer
do homework...did homework,go to the beach ...went to the beach...
am / is /... was, are...were
Model: T: What did you do last weekend?
S: I played soccer and did homework.
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:從學(xué)生學(xué)過(guò)的現(xiàn)在時(shí)入手,進(jìn)行一般過(guò)去時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)兩種時(shí)態(tài)的對(duì)比,使學(xué)生很容易抓住學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)。
Step 3: Practicing
Activity 1
1. Students ask and answer in pairs about their last weekend in the same way.
2. Check some pairs.
Activity 2
1.Point to the pictures(in the screen)in 1a and ask students to tell what they see. Name each activity and repeat in the past tense. At the same time, teach new words and phrases.
2. Ask students to match each activity with one of the pictures.
3. Check the answers.

(a)Students work in pairs to ask and answer about what the girl in 1a did on different days.

設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:多媒體的使用加大了課堂的容量,圖片與日?;顒?dòng)的結(jié)合極大地調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,學(xué)生積極討論,積極參與,團(tuán)結(jié)合作,氣氛熱烈。
Step 4: Listening(1b)
1. Point to the activities in the picture in 1a. Ask students to listen carefully.
2. Before 1b,reminds students that they are only listening for the things that Carol “did” do.
3. Play the recording. Students listen and circle the answers.
4. Check the answers.
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:在前面的短語(yǔ)和句型的熟悉并練習(xí)之后,聽(tīng)力的任務(wù)顯得較為輕松,教師可適當(dāng)進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力的指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)預(yù)熱、練習(xí)、聽(tīng)力的系列學(xué)生活動(dòng)之后,重點(diǎn)知識(shí)得以掌握,難點(diǎn)得以突破。
Step 5: Pairworks about Carols school trip(1c)
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:學(xué)生在1a和1b的學(xué)習(xí)之后,利用本環(huán)節(jié)的問(wèn)答練習(xí)進(jìn)行所學(xué)知識(shí)的鞏固和運(yùn)用。采用one by one的形式可加大學(xué)生的練習(xí)效果。
Step 6: Listening (2a,2b)
1. Point to the 8 sentences and ask students to read them aloud.
2. Play the recording the first time, students only listen for the questions.
3. Check the answers.
4. Play the recording the second time, students listen and circle T for true or F for false.

6. Have students read and answer the five statements in 2b in pairs.
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:本環(huán)節(jié)是關(guān)于聽(tīng)說(shuō)的重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié),采用任務(wù)型方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)“聽(tīng)”的輸入和“說(shuō)”的輸出,符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律。小組化的問(wèn)答練習(xí)增加了學(xué)生活動(dòng)的頻率和能動(dòng)性。

1.Students ask and answer the question by themselves about the conversation.

設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:本環(huán)節(jié)是對(duì)本課重點(diǎn)句型的練習(xí),根據(jù)2a和2b活動(dòng)中的問(wèn)句和答語(yǔ)形成的有關(guān)聽(tīng)力材料的問(wèn)答練習(xí)。后面的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題的設(shè)計(jì)由學(xué)生自主來(lái)完成,突破書(shū)本的局限,實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的自主學(xué)習(xí)。
Step 8: Role- play the conversation (2d)
1. Play the recording and students read the conversation after it together.
2. Role-play the conversation in pairs.
3. Introuduce something about the school trip in the western.
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:本環(huán)節(jié)重點(diǎn)在于對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的運(yùn)用上,以讀為主,實(shí)現(xiàn)從聽(tīng)說(shuō)的輸入,到實(shí)際情景的運(yùn)用輸出。介紹了外國(guó)“學(xué)校旅行”的相關(guān)情況,有很好的德育教育意義。
Step 9: Homework
Make a survey about what their friends or their parents did in their school trip. You can do it by using words and phrases in the peroiod.
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:本次作業(yè)的設(shè)置屬于自主探究的活動(dòng)任務(wù),并非單一的單詞和短語(yǔ)的機(jī)械背誦和重復(fù),考查學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的運(yùn)用程度。
八、板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)
設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:教學(xué)板書(shū)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)以簡(jiǎn)明、重點(diǎn)突出為準(zhǔn)則,體現(xiàn)了詞、短語(yǔ)、句型的核心內(nèi)容,使學(xué)生一目了然,重點(diǎn)明確。
九、教學(xué)反思
本節(jié)課是對(duì)一般過(guò)去時(shí)的新知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),話題內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際,多媒體的使用增加了課堂的容量,圖片的使用加大了學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。整個(gè)教學(xué)流程科學(xué)、順暢、合理,任務(wù)型教學(xué)使用得當(dāng)。具體優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下:
1.熱身導(dǎo)入科學(xué)、合理,重點(diǎn)突出。
開(kāi)篇對(duì)日常生活的現(xiàn)在時(shí)(usually)的問(wèn)答,使學(xué)生很容易走進(jìn)英語(yǔ)課堂,投入到學(xué)習(xí)的狀態(tài),動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)的呈現(xiàn)直觀。過(guò)去時(shí)(last week)的對(duì)比教學(xué)在教師的示范下引出,并突出動(dòng)詞的詞形變化。接下來(lái)的ask and answer的小對(duì)話的反復(fù)練習(xí)使知識(shí)點(diǎn)突出,明確。
2.圍繞目標(biāo)所進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)豐富、有層次。
本節(jié)課的教學(xué)活動(dòng)都是圍繞核心目標(biāo)“一般過(guò)去時(shí)”展開(kāi)的,沒(méi)有局限于教材。
存在的問(wèn)題:
1.在現(xiàn)在時(shí)向過(guò)去時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)換學(xué)習(xí)時(shí),be動(dòng)詞和實(shí)意動(dòng)詞的形式的變化須從大量的對(duì)話練習(xí)中進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和掌握,綜合本節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)看,學(xué)生練習(xí)和活動(dòng)的量還是不夠,教學(xué)中對(duì)話式的核心語(yǔ)法的學(xué)習(xí)練習(xí)活動(dòng)可采用one-by-one或in paris形式會(huì)加大學(xué)生的活動(dòng)面和學(xué)習(xí)效果。
2.由于學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力參差不齊,一些練習(xí)的內(nèi)容稍有難度,尤其是不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞的使用,讓全體學(xué)生都能流利地表達(dá)不是很容易。如能將所學(xué)的不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞的過(guò)去式分類(lèi)進(jìn)行教學(xué),會(huì)大大解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題。
