The social work in continental european german-speaking countries is different.Its uniqueness is embodied firstly in：Several basic concepts exist side by side，social work has a distinct pedagogical orientation.?Social pedagogy“and?social work“concept is a product of historical development.Social pedagogy primitively as a professional branch for children，adolescent and family，is a kind of complementary and alternative form for the increasingly weakened socialization function and education function of the family，while social work primitively as a curative and welfare service work for the adult，is a kind of complementary and alternative form for the increasingly weakened social security function of the family. Historically，the development of social pedagogy and social work is separated，they become two different branches of professional fields.Social pedagogy has become a third independent education field outside the family education and school education.Social pedagogy，family education and school education complement each other.Today，social pedagogy and social work have converged and fusion，but at the same time maintain their respective uniqueness.Their commonness is that，the socialization task of individuals and family has been borne by the society and the country，both are committed to reducing social dilemma. The analysis of the development course and relationship between both concepts also shows that：The social work in continental european german-speaking countries has a distinct pedagogical orientation，of course this orientation is based on the understanding of modern pedagogy and the ideas of education in the broadest sense(not in a narrow sense of education).

Horticultural therapy was not an innovation since modern times.The human history for the treatmentof disease by gardening had been hundreds of years,even can be traced back to ancient Egypt,it’s only just until 20s to 30s of the last century that horticultural therapy was first recognized to be a professional treatment in America and was widely used in various kinds of social services.This article aims to summarize the implications of the application of horticultural therapy abroad,and tries to give some advices for using horticultural therapy in the field of civil social services.

Practice research is to combine practice and research effectively,and achieve the effect of"practice is research".As the development of evidence-based of social work practice,the American Society for Social Work and Research specifically sets up an award in honor of outstanding social work basic research projects and participants each year since1995.Through analyzing the winning papers’research designs and methods from 1996 to 2015,this article wants to explore the research status about professional and scientific nature in American social work development,and the characteristics of social work interventional practice.According to these,the author reflects the evidence-based practice of social work,and provides the practical and feasible strategic thinking and rationalization proposal research to the actual situation of social work practice and research in our country.

This paper takes the empirical investigation of T-school in S-City as an example to reflect on the possible approach of social protection of child abuse.In practice the social worker provide the continuous support and institutional replacement for child sexual abuse，the demand-oriented intervention for child neglect，and the family-mind and embedded-Cultural intervention for the domestic violence child.The research find that the detection mechanism of the child abuse needs to be improved，the long-term protection of the child abuse has not a frame，and the abused child have not the consciousness of protection and recourse.In the future the social work practice should reference the social protection Mode of child abuse in many situation，and many departments cooperate and focus on child abuse.The same time we should explore the children long-term placement through the improvement of legislation after the family are deprived of custody，and help the child abuse to form a sense of physical boundaries and seek support positively through the life education.

The high-risk family needs more attention and service with the deepening of social transformation, and the increasing social risk.This paper introduces the present research situation of the high-risk family, and takes the high-risk family in Shanghai as an example,detailed analyzes the current characteristics andproblems of high-risk families,discovers high-risk families’difficulty,such as facing complex diverse family risk source,weak risk resistance,the imperfect social relation network,fragmentation of family public security system,the lack of professional social work services,and so on.Through the analysis of the predicament and learning from the related theories of risk prevention and control,This paper suggests setting up a risk prevention and control center of the high-risk family,a professional family social work institutions with a professional social work team,and building a diversified volunteer team.
