【摘 要】目的:觀察推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)大學(xué)生社交焦慮的干預(yù)效果。方法:采用交往焦慮量表(Interaction Anxiousness Scale,IAS)與羞怯量表(Shyness Scale,SHS)作為篩查工具并以常模值比較進(jìn)行篩查,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的社交焦慮大學(xué)生60例隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別給予單純團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)干預(yù)、推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)干預(yù),連續(xù)觀察3周后,比較兩組前后IAS與SHS評(píng)分變化。結(jié)果:兩組在干預(yù)過(guò)程中均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。經(jīng)過(guò)3周的干預(yù),兩組的IAS、SHS評(píng)分均下降,與干預(yù)前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)組干預(yù)后的IAS、SHS評(píng)分,與團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)組干預(yù)后比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);IAS、SHS評(píng)分的差值,與團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)組比較,差異也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:?jiǎn)渭儓F(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)以及推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)均能改善大學(xué)生社交焦慮的IAS與SHS評(píng)分,但推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的干預(yù)效果優(yōu)于單純團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)。

Effect of Tuina Combined with Group Counseling on Social Anxiety of College Students

【Abstract】Objective: to observe the effect of Tuina combined with group counseling on social anxiety of college students. ?Methods:60 college students with social anxiety met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by using Interaction Anxiety Scale and Shyness Scale asscreening tools and comparing with normative data.After continuous observation for 3 weeks, ?comparing the IAS and SHS scores before and after about the two groups. ?Results: no adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during the course of intervention. After 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of IAS and SHS in both groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The scores of IAS and SHS after the intervention of Tuina combined with group counseling group were significantly different from those of group counseling group(p<0.05),and the scores of IAS and SHS were significantly different from those of Group Counseling Group (p<0.05). ? Conclusion: The IAS and SHS Scores of social anxiety of college students can be improved by group counseling and ?Tuina combined with group counseling, but the intervention effect of ?Tuina combined with group counseling is better than that of group counseling.

社交焦慮是困擾大學(xué)生最常見(jiàn)的心理問(wèn)題之一,嚴(yán)重危害大學(xué)生正常的人際交往、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性以及身心健康[1]。社交焦慮是指?jìng)€(gè)體在社會(huì)交往活動(dòng)中體驗(yàn)到的消極情緒,并對(duì)個(gè)體的社交活動(dòng)和人際關(guān)系造成某種程度的消極影響,其特點(diǎn)是對(duì)社交或行為表現(xiàn)情景產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的、持續(xù)的恐懼,在這些情景中個(gè)體認(rèn)為自己正在暴露于他人對(duì)自己的潛在審查中[2]。目前國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)社交焦慮的治療研究主要包括藥物治療和心理干預(yù)。藥物治療有一定的療效,但易產(chǎn)生依賴性,復(fù)發(fā)可能性較大[3]。因此,研究社交焦慮的干預(yù)方式有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。推拿又稱按摩,是通過(guò)手法作用于人體體表的經(jīng)絡(luò)、穴位、特定部位,以調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體的生理、病理狀況,來(lái)達(dá)到保健及治療目的。本研究采用推拿結(jié)合團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)大學(xué)生社交焦慮進(jìn)行干預(yù),報(bào)告如下。
