摘要：《穴位敷貼干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染專(zhuān)家共識(shí)》為2015年國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局立項(xiàng)，由中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)組織，在中醫(yī)臨床診療指南制修訂專(zhuān)家總指導(dǎo)組和兒科專(zhuān)家指導(dǎo)組的指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督下實(shí)施，采用循證醫(yī)學(xué)方法，按專(zhuān)家共識(shí)制訂規(guī)范，通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索、評(píng)價(jià)及分析、專(zhuān)家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專(zhuān)家論證會(huì)、方法學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)和臨床一致性評(píng)價(jià)，最終形成本專(zhuān)家共識(shí)意見(jiàn)。本共識(shí)提出了小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義、診斷依據(jù)及適用期、體質(zhì)辨識(shí)、干預(yù)方法、禁忌癥和調(diào)護(hù)等，供中醫(yī)臨床診療及中醫(yī)治未病使用。

Consensus Statement Regarding Acupoint Application in Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

Abstract：?This consensus was approved by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015 and organized by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was implemented under the direction and supervision of the expert group of TCM clinical practice guideline revision， as well as the pediatric expert guidance group， using evidence-based methodology， and specifications were formulated according to expert consensus. Through literature retrieval， evaluation and analysis， expert questionnaire survey， expert demonstration meeting， methodological evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation， the consensus of experts was established. In this consensus， the terms and definitions of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children， diagnostic basis and application period， TCM constitution identification， intervention methods， contraindications and nursing were put forward for clinical diagnosis and treatment and treating potential disease of TCM.

小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的發(fā)病率呈逐年升高趨勢(shì)。本病病因復(fù)雜，具有反復(fù)感染、遷延難愈的特點(diǎn)，容易導(dǎo)致多種并發(fā)癥，且尚無(wú)有效疫苗和特效藥物防治，不僅影響患兒的身心健康和生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育，也給家庭和社會(huì)帶來(lái)較重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)，因此，本病的防治已成為當(dāng)前兒科工作者的當(dāng)務(wù)之急?！堆ㄎ环筚N干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染專(zhuān)家共識(shí)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《共識(shí)》）由國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局立項(xiàng)，中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)，在中醫(yī)臨床診療指南制修訂專(zhuān)家總指導(dǎo)組和兒科專(zhuān)家指導(dǎo)組的指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督下實(shí)施。本《共識(shí)》編寫(xiě)目的在于規(guī)范穴位敷貼療法干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的原則、選藥、選穴等關(guān)鍵要領(lǐng)，為臨床醫(yī)師提供中醫(yī)兒科治未病標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理的策略與方法，促進(jìn)中醫(yī)兒科臨床診療和科研水平的提高。本《共識(shí)》簡(jiǎn)明實(shí)用，可操作性強(qiáng)，符合醫(yī)療法規(guī)和法律要求，具有指導(dǎo)性、普遍性和可參照性，可作為臨床實(shí)踐、操作規(guī)范和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的重要參考依據(jù)。

1 ?范圍

本《共識(shí)》提出了中藥穴位敷貼干預(yù)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的年齡、判斷依據(jù)、體質(zhì)類(lèi)型、干預(yù)方法及調(diào)護(hù)建議。

本《共識(shí)》適用于1～14周歲人群反復(fù)呼吸道感染非急性感染期的穴位敷貼。

本《共識(shí)》適合中醫(yī)科、兒科、治未病中心、兒童保健中心等相關(guān)臨床醫(yī)師使用。
