[摘要] 目的 分析程序化管理模式在外科臨床護(hù)理帶教工作中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 將該院2018年9月—2019年6月實(shí)習(xí)的96名外科護(hù)生納入至該次研究,依照數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法將其分為對照組(48名)與觀察組(48名),對照組給予傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法進(jìn)行臨床護(hù)理帶教,觀察組則行程序化管理模式進(jìn)行帶教,比較兩組護(hù)生的考核成績,統(tǒng)計(jì)護(hù)生對教學(xué)模式的滿意情況。結(jié)果 對照組護(hù)生的理論成績與實(shí)際操作技能評分顯著低于觀察組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。對照組護(hù)生的實(shí)習(xí)滿意度83.33%顯著低于觀察組95.83%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在外科臨床帶教工作中,相較于傳統(tǒng)帶教模式,采用程序化管理模式進(jìn)行帶教的臨床應(yīng)用效果較好,可顯著提升護(hù)生的理論知識與實(shí)踐操作技能。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of the programmatic management mode in the teaching of surgical clinical nursing. Methods 96 surgical nursing students who were interned in the hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were included in this study. They were divided into the control group (48) and the observation group (48) according to the digital random table method. The control group was given traditional nursing methods for clinical nursing teaching, while the observation group was given a programmatic management model for teaching. The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared, and the nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching mode was counted. Results The theoretical scores and practical skills scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the control group was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(95.83%). The ?difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode in surgical clinical teaching, the clinical application of programmatic management mode is more effective and can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students.

到醫(yī)院進(jìn)行臨床護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)是護(hù)生學(xué)習(xí)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),是其將護(hù)生理論知識運(yùn)用到臨床實(shí)踐中,使專業(yè)理論知識轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際操作能力,從而使其能夠勝任護(hù)理工作[1]。臨床帶教是檢驗(yàn)護(hù)生實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量的重要影響因素,臨床帶教模式的不同將直接影響護(hù)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,也會(huì)影響護(hù)生工作后的專業(yè)態(tài)度與專業(yè)能力[2]。所以,科學(xué)合理的護(hù)理帶教方法對提高帶教質(zhì)量與培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才具有重要的臨床意義。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)法以講授知識為主,教學(xué)形式枯燥乏味,影響了護(hù)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動(dòng)性,使得護(hù)生缺乏深入思考的能力[3]。近期有學(xué)者在文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道中指出程序化管理模式的帶教應(yīng)用效果顯著,可顯著提高護(hù)生的積極性,適用于培養(yǎng)臨床護(hù)理人才?;诖耍摯窝芯酷槍υ撛?018年9月—2019年6月實(shí)習(xí)的96名護(hù)生進(jìn)行分組討論,旨在為臨床研究利用此方案提高外臨床護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生的教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供依據(jù),現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
將該院實(shí)習(xí)的96名外科護(hù)生納入至該次研究,依照數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法將其分為對照組(48名)與觀察組(48名),對照組男14名,女34名;年齡19~24歲,平均(21.02±0.34)歲;學(xué)歷:中專生11名,??粕?4名,本科生13名。觀察組男15名,女33名;年齡19~24歲,平均(21.12±0.52)歲;學(xué)歷:中專生10名,??粕?5名,本科生13人。兩組護(hù)生的一般資料差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),可作比較。兩組護(hù)生均由同一帶教老師負(fù)責(zé)教學(xué)。
