摘 要：通過(guò)閱讀前沿科學(xué)技術(shù)資料文獻(xiàn)，依據(jù)政府頒布相關(guān)促進(jìn)體育智慧化建設(shè)文件，創(chuàng)新提出構(gòu)建智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)方案，在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)和AI（人工智能）等信息技術(shù)加持下，利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)收集體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用云計(jì)算和AI算法實(shí)現(xiàn)體育場(chǎng)館的自主管理。智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)是包含場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、場(chǎng)館預(yù)訂管理、賽事和課程管理等組成模塊的一體化控制系統(tǒng)，可大幅度提升體育場(chǎng)館科技水平和減少體育場(chǎng)館日常支出，充分發(fā)揮體育場(chǎng)館全部效能，保證體育場(chǎng)館整體化建設(shè)緊跟時(shí)代潮流。

Construction and application of smart sports venue system

Abstract：Based on the materials and documents of cutting-edge science and technology， and according to the governments promulgation of relevant documents to promote the smart construction of sports， the research innovatively proposes the construction of smart stadium system solutions. With the support of information technology such as the Internet of Things， cloud computing， big data and AI， the Internet of Things system is used to collect stadium operation data， the cloud computing and AI algorithms to achieve autonomous management of the stadium. The smart stadium system is an integrated control system that includes components such as stadium operations and data statistics， stadium reservation management， events and course management， which can greatly improve the technology level of the stadium and reduce daily expenditures of the stadium， and give full play to the full efficiency of the stadium， ensuring that the overall construction of the stadium keeps pace with the times.

2018年8月10日國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)的《體育強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)綱要》中提出要“運(yùn)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算等新信息技術(shù)，促進(jìn)體育場(chǎng)館活動(dòng)預(yù)訂、賽事信息發(fā)布、經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等整合應(yīng)用，推動(dòng)智慧健身路徑、智慧健身步道、智慧體育公園建設(shè)。鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量建設(shè)分布于城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)、商圈、工業(yè)園區(qū)的智慧健身中心、智慧健身館。依托已有資源，提升智慧化全民健身公共服務(wù)能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源整合、數(shù)據(jù)共享、互聯(lián)互通，加強(qiáng)分析應(yīng)用[1]”?！毒V要》的發(fā)布對(duì)構(gòu)建智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)提供了政策支持，利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等新技術(shù)提高體育場(chǎng)館的社會(huì)服務(wù)能力，拓寬體育場(chǎng)館綜合功能，符合新時(shí)代背景下體育場(chǎng)館發(fā)展需要。2013年11月國(guó)家體育總局也發(fā)布了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)大型體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)管理改革創(chuàng)新 提高公共服務(wù)水平的意見(jiàn)》文件，提出要緩解體育需求快速增長(zhǎng)與公共資源不足之間的矛盾，解決體育場(chǎng)館賽后運(yùn)營(yíng)效能不佳、服務(wù)能力不強(qiáng)、利用水平不高等問(wèn)題。強(qiáng)調(diào)需促進(jìn)服務(wù)信息互聯(lián)互通，提高體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化服務(wù)和信息化管理水平[2]。當(dāng)前體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)存在的主要問(wèn)題是場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營(yíng)水平較低、信息化水平不高、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理存在漏洞、人力成本過(guò)高等問(wèn)題。中國(guó)體育場(chǎng)館協(xié)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)李亞群在接受采訪時(shí)表示，國(guó)內(nèi)70%的體育場(chǎng)館是虧損狀態(tài)，場(chǎng)館利用率較低，2015年我國(guó)體育場(chǎng)館數(shù)量在188萬(wàn)個(gè)左右，預(yù)計(jì)到2025年我國(guó)體育場(chǎng)館數(shù)量將達(dá)到250萬(wàn)個(gè)，全國(guó)體育場(chǎng)館面積達(dá)到27.8億。當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展日新月益，信息技術(shù)革新迅速，人民群眾對(duì)于健康體育生活的渴求，要求體育場(chǎng)館必須進(jìn)行變革，將智慧化體育理念貫穿體育場(chǎng)館從設(shè)計(jì)、建造，再到運(yùn)營(yíng)、管理的生命周期全過(guò)程，切實(shí)保證我國(guó)體育事業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展。

1 智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)的基本內(nèi)涵

1.1 智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)的定義

智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)是隨著新興信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，由“智慧城市”和“智慧校園”等概念衍生而來(lái)，是涵蓋大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)的新興詞匯。具體來(lái)說(shuō)，智慧體育場(chǎng)館系統(tǒng)是基于4G/5G或WIFI網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)、AI、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)館、用戶和管理者之間的信息交換，利用數(shù)據(jù)可視化和人工智能等技術(shù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行加工處理，科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)場(chǎng)館后期人流量趨勢(shì)，個(gè)性化推薦場(chǎng)館使用需求，最終達(dá)到場(chǎng)館的自主決策和運(yùn)營(yíng)能力的綜合控制系統(tǒng)。
