摘? 要:思政融入課程教學(xué)是順應(yīng)新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展要求,落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)的重要舉措。宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是經(jīng)管類(lèi)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)課程,應(yīng)在課程教學(xué)中積極融入中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想以及習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)思想等思政元素,并立足課程思政目標(biāo)對(duì)課程思政融入教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行重構(gòu)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入挖掘課程思政資源、改革課程教學(xué)方法和評(píng)價(jià)方式、加強(qiáng)教師課程思政培訓(xùn)等,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程教學(xué)與思政教學(xué)協(xié)同育人目標(biāo)。

Abstract: The integration of ideology and politics into curriculum teaching is an important measure to comply with the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and implement the fundamental task of Lide. Macroeconomics is a basic course for undergraduate majors in economics and management. The core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, economic ethics, and Xi Jinping's new era of socialist economic thoughts with Chinese characteristics and other ideological and political elements should be actively integrated into the course teaching, and based on the ideological and political goals, the curriculum ideological and political integration into the teaching content is reconstructed.On this basis, we should dig out curriculum ideological and political resources, reform curriculum teaching methods and evaluation methods, and strengthen teachers' curriculum ideological and political training, so as to truly realize the goal of collaborative education between professional curriculum teaching and ideological and political teaching.

一、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)課程思政建設(shè)的重要意義
習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在全國(guó)高校思想政治工作會(huì)議中強(qiáng)調(diào):“要堅(jiān)持把立德樹(shù)人作為中心環(huán)節(jié),把思想政治工作貫穿教育教學(xué)全過(guò)程。其他各門(mén)課都要守好一段渠、種好責(zé)任田,使各類(lèi)課程與思想政治理論課同向同行,形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)”[1];《中共中央關(guān)于認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹黨的十九大精神的決定》文件明確提出“推動(dòng)黨的十九大精神進(jìn)教材、進(jìn)課堂、進(jìn)頭腦”[2],課程思政建設(shè)正是貫徹上述會(huì)議和文件精神、推動(dòng)高等教育落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)的重要舉措。
宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)課程是經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)課程,主要以一個(gè)國(guó)家(或地區(qū))的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)民收入的決定及其變動(dòng)的基本規(guī)律、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的水平及其根源、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行與波動(dòng)的規(guī)律及機(jī)制、經(jīng)濟(jì)政策對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響及作用機(jī)理等主要內(nèi)容的教學(xué),使學(xué)生理解和把握宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的基本規(guī)律、發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)以及政府的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,并基于自己的理解作出“最優(yōu)化”決策。宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是一門(mén)經(jīng)世致用的學(xué)科,在課程教學(xué)中融入中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、融入習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,不僅是貫徹新時(shí)代教育方針、落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)的基本要求;而且是轉(zhuǎn)變教育教學(xué)理念,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論的現(xiàn)實(shí)解釋力,增強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)的社會(huì)適應(yīng)性的迫切需要;還是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)特征和優(yōu)越性,堅(jiān)定“四個(gè)自信”,培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人的重要途徑。
二、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)課程思政元素的挖掘
課程思政是一種現(xiàn)代化的教育理念,是在專(zhuān)業(yè)課程教學(xué)中融入思想政治教育元素,在傳授學(xué)生專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的同時(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生堅(jiān)定的理想信念和社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,在潛移默化中完成“三全”育人、立德樹(shù)人的目標(biāo)。宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)課程思政要嚴(yán)格遵循立德樹(shù)人的根本要求、遵循社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才的基本規(guī)律,將中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和實(shí)踐等內(nèi)容融入教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中,做到知行合一,形成專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)與思政教育的有機(jī)融合,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“知識(shí)傳授、能力提升、價(jià)值引領(lǐng)”的同步提升。
