傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)與分?jǐn)?shù)相關(guān)聯(lián),過于注重學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī),而且評(píng)價(jià)方法單一,給英語教學(xué)造成了不良的后果,使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生膽怯、退縮等心理,不利于英語教學(xué)。《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》指出:評(píng)價(jià)是英語課程的重要組成部分。英語課堂的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,對(duì)學(xué)生采用不同的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法,使評(píng)價(jià)不僅僅關(guān)注結(jié)果,更要關(guān)注學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)。下面結(jié)合自己講課的一個(gè)片段,談?wù)勗谟⒄Z課堂中我是怎樣評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的。
我所講的內(nèi)容是EEC教材第三冊(cè)第六課第一課時(shí)中的講授部分。
T: Now,look?。═ points to the screen of a computer) whats that ?
S: Bat.
T: Good. Read after me,“bat”.
( Read it one by one.)
Together,please spell it .
Ss: B-A-T,bat.
T: Great! Who want to try ?
S1: B-A-T,bat.
S2: B-A-T,bat.
S3: B-A-T,bat.
(Learn another 2 words “baseball \glove” in the same way. )
T: (T takes two gloves)
OK. Look at me,“one glove” “two gloves”
T: What are these? ( Waving two gloves )
Ss Theyre gloves.
T: Who can answer my question? What are these?
S1: I can. Theyre gloves.
T: You say it very well. Who want to try ?
S2: I want to try. Theyre gloves.
T: Oh,you are brave. Lets give him a big hand .

在這個(gè)的片段中我運(yùn)用了教師評(píng)價(jià)、集體對(duì)個(gè)體的評(píng)價(jià)和學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)三種方式。
首先,我認(rèn)為教師激勵(lì)性的評(píng)價(jià)語言在課堂上不僅能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的自信心,同時(shí)也能活躍課堂氣氛,形成師生互動(dòng)的教學(xué)氛圍。例如:我運(yùn)用了Good! / Great! / Wonderful! / Very good!/ You say it very well. / I think you are the best baseball/ basketball/ football player./ Thats cool!等一些激勵(lì)性的語言來激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。通過評(píng)價(jià),讓學(xué)生了解自己課堂學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步與成功,從而產(chǎn)生進(jìn)步的動(dòng)力。
其次,通過自我評(píng)價(jià)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生為自己的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)責(zé)的能力,鼓勵(lì)他們自己思考,使他們看到自己取得的成績(jī)以及需要改進(jìn)的地方。
最后,我把鼓勵(lì)性語言運(yùn)用到全班,使學(xué)生得到集體的肯定,如對(duì)單詞拼得正確、流利或表演生動(dòng)的同學(xué)鼓掌以示鼓勵(lì)。在這樣的師生互動(dòng)過程中,學(xué)生的積極性、自信心得到了提高,同時(shí)他們通過自己的努力解決了重要的語言難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn),教學(xué)效果好。
