摘? 要:在教育2.0背景下,通過(guò)產(chǎn)教融合完善雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)體系至關(guān)重要,有利于解決傳統(tǒng)雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)中,雙創(chuàng)教育與專(zhuān)業(yè)脫節(jié)、教育教學(xué)課程過(guò)于單一、優(yōu)質(zhì)實(shí)踐平臺(tái)不完善等一系列問(wèn)題,最大程度地發(fā)揮產(chǎn)教融合教學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)和作用。同時(shí),自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中,為更好地滿(mǎn)足新時(shí)代背景下對(duì)于新型技術(shù)技能人才的社會(huì)需求,需要全面通過(guò)產(chǎn)教融合的方式,促進(jìn)雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建,進(jìn)而在校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合的過(guò)程中,創(chuàng)新全方位和立體式的雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)工作模式,進(jìn)而充分將雙創(chuàng)教育與自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)相結(jié)合,從根本上轉(zhuǎn)變以往雙創(chuàng)教育與自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)的孤島現(xiàn)象,實(shí)現(xiàn)多種多樣資源和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新,提升高校雙創(chuàng)教育的水平,培養(yǎng)出更多具有專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。

Abstract: In the context of Education 2.0, it is essential to improve the system of cultivating double-innovation talents through the integration of industry and education, which is conducive to solving the traditional double-innovation talent training. And a series of problems, to maximize the advantages and functions of the integrated teaching of industry and education. At the same time, in the training of automation professionals, in order to better meet the social needs of new-type technical talents in the context of the new era, it is necessary to comprehensively promote the establishment of a double-creation talent training system through the integration of industry and education, and then cooperate with schools and enterprises In the process of integration, we will innovate the omnidirectional and three-dimensional work mode of double-creative talent training, and then fully combine double-creation education with automation specialty teaching, fundamentally transform the previous island phenomenon of double-creation education and automation specialty teaching. Various innovations in resources and teaching content have improved the level of double-education in colleges and universities, and cultivated more automation professionals with professional skills.

產(chǎn)教融合對(duì)發(fā)揮企業(yè)育人主體作用產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)意義和影響,又能通過(guò)政策優(yōu)勢(shì)提升學(xué)校自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的水平和質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)學(xué)校高水平發(fā)展。同時(shí),在產(chǎn)教融合促進(jìn)雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建的過(guò)程中,有助于培養(yǎng)自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力和責(zé)任意識(shí),推動(dòng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力全面發(fā)展。
2.4 落實(shí)產(chǎn)教融合自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)崗位
產(chǎn)教融合發(fā)展過(guò)程中,需要落實(shí)產(chǎn)教融合的自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)崗位,給予學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐中有效的崗位工作機(jī)會(huì)和平臺(tái)。第一,在落實(shí)自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)崗位的過(guò)程中,學(xué)校和企業(yè)可以共同創(chuàng)建實(shí)訓(xùn)實(shí)習(xí)中心,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)和實(shí)訓(xùn)期間,根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目和實(shí)訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)的核心內(nèi)容進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐,并通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)教師和企業(yè)導(dǎo)師共同指導(dǎo)的方式,幫助學(xué)生完成創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐中的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)行等方面知識(shí)的了解。同時(shí),學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)期間,學(xué)校和企業(yè)還可以采用創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的方式,由企業(yè)工廠技術(shù)人員、學(xué)校教師、學(xué)生共同組成,并通過(guò)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐基地和平臺(tái),進(jìn)行企業(yè)電氣自動(dòng)化、智能控制等知識(shí)的探索,提升學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力。第二,還可以采用直接在企業(yè)一線(xiàn)完成智能控制技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用等方式,提升學(xué)生良好的企業(yè)責(zé)任意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。
3? 結(jié)語(yǔ)
產(chǎn)教融合背景下,需要自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)建立健全的人才培養(yǎng)教學(xué)體系,加強(qiáng)自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)與雙創(chuàng)教育之間的融合。新時(shí)期發(fā)展過(guò)程中,雙創(chuàng)人才培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)建,需要采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的培養(yǎng)方案,結(jié)合企業(yè)電氣自動(dòng)化、智能控制崗位的相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)。
