摘? 要：針對高校課程思政統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識不夠、教師能力不足、資源建設(shè)匱乏、教學(xué)方式單一、經(jīng)費投入不足等方面的問題，以ERP原理與應(yīng)用課程為例，基于學(xué)生德才兼?zhèn)浜腿姘l(fā)展核心宗旨，進行了課程思政教學(xué)目標(biāo)設(shè)計和育人元素設(shè)計;以超星一平三端智慧教學(xué)系統(tǒng)為依托，基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+信息化教學(xué)技術(shù)，構(gòu)建了以課程知識點育人元素為切入點，以精品資源建設(shè)為核心，教學(xué)全過程環(huán)節(jié)有機融合為一體的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+課程思政”教學(xué)新模式，開展了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+課程思政”的教學(xué)實踐工作。課程思政教學(xué)實踐表明，該模式有效提高了課程思政的教學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量，學(xué)生總體滿意度達96%以上，促進了課程德育教育和人才培養(yǎng)的有機結(jié)合。

Abstract： Aiming at the problems of insufficient understanding of ideological and political affairs in colleges and universities， lack of teachers' ability， lack of resource construction， single teaching methods and insufficient funding. Taking Principles and Applications of ERP as an example， the ideological and political teaching objectives and educational elements of the course are designed based on the core purpose of students' moral integrity and all-round development. Based on One Platform and Three Ends of Super Star and the teaching technology of Internet + information technology， this paper constructs a new teaching mode of "Internet + course ideological and political science"， which starts with the knowledge and personnel elements of the course， takes the construction of high-quality resources as the core， and organically integrates the whole teaching process. By using this model， the "Internet + course ideological and political" teaching practice has been carried out. The practice shows that the level and the teaching quality of curriculum politics was improved effectively， and the student's overall satisfaction of is over 96%， and organic combination of moral education and talent training was promoted by this model.

習(xí)近平總書記在2016年全國高校思想政治工作會議上強調(diào)：“要堅持把立德樹人作為中心環(huán)節(jié)，把思想政治工作貫穿教育教學(xué)全過程，實現(xiàn)全程育人、全方位育人，努力開創(chuàng)我國高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展新局面。[1]”如何遵循思想政治工作規(guī)律，遵循教書育人規(guī)律，遵循學(xué)生成長規(guī)律，如何用好課堂教學(xué)這個主渠道，提升思想政治教育親和力和針對性，滿足學(xué)生成長發(fā)展需求和期待，變得越來越迫切。課程思政指以構(gòu)建全員、全程、全課程育人格局的形式將各類課程與思想政治理論課同向同行，形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)，把“立德樹人”作為教育的根本任務(wù)的一種綜合教育理念[2]。課程思政的核心是弘揚馬克思主義科學(xué)世界觀和社會主義核心價值觀，在此基礎(chǔ)上，還應(yīng)該弘揚其他一切美好、先進、正能量的價值理念。在思想政治教育課程改革領(lǐng)域，課程思政教學(xué)理論、模式、策略及相關(guān)技術(shù)已經(jīng)引起越來越多學(xué)者的研究興趣，取得了一定的研究成果，主要集中在課程思政的理論基礎(chǔ)研究[3-4]、機制制度構(gòu)建[5-6]、教學(xué)模式設(shè)計[7-8]、教學(xué)方法創(chuàng)新[9-11]、實踐路徑研究[12-13]和教學(xué)效果評價[14]等幾個方面。

“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”已經(jīng)成為一種時代特征，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)、領(lǐng)域進行深度融合，創(chuàng)造新的發(fā)展生態(tài)，成為各個領(lǐng)域新的增長點[15]。“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”與教育及教學(xué)深度融合已是大勢所趨，對“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+課程思政”方面的研究，通過查詢中國期刊網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)研究成果涉及到“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+課程思政”的理論基礎(chǔ)研究[16]、教學(xué)模式創(chuàng)新[17]、課程資源建設(shè)[18]、實施路徑[19]等方面，但絕大多數(shù)以思政課和公共基礎(chǔ)課程為研究實踐對象，而對專業(yè)課程的思政教學(xué)應(yīng)用與融合方面還缺乏成熟的理論，缺乏全面實踐檢驗，尤其是對基于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”模式的專業(yè)課程思政教學(xué)應(yīng)用方面還有待進一步的深入研究。實際上，隨著信息及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，課程思政教學(xué)也在不斷發(fā)生變化，逐漸從單純的德育知識傳授向德育素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面轉(zhuǎn)變，教學(xué)方法也逐漸從單一的課堂教學(xué)向“線上+線下”有機結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)變。如何運用新技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢助力課程思政教學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變，如何構(gòu)建課程思政智慧教學(xué)環(huán)境以適應(yīng)信息時代的思政教學(xué)需要，成為迫在眉睫要正視和解決的問題。
