摘????? 要：梳理我國教師教育發(fā)展歷程和基礎(chǔ)教育體育課程的實(shí)際需求，探討體育教師教育類課程改革的新方向：提升專業(yè)品質(zhì)內(nèi)涵，注重師德養(yǎng)成;關(guān)注教學(xué)對(duì)象信息，擴(kuò)展兒童成長(zhǎng)相關(guān)內(nèi)容;加強(qiáng)體育學(xué)科教學(xué)知識(shí)，突出專業(yè)屬性;完善課程內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)，強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐取向;落實(shí)終身學(xué)習(xí)理念，推動(dòng)個(gè)人專業(yè)發(fā)展。以此為引領(lǐng)，提出內(nèi)容優(yōu)化建議：調(diào)整學(xué)校體育學(xué)、體育教學(xué)論、體育教材教法、現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用的內(nèi)容;補(bǔ)充體育教學(xué)對(duì)象分析、兒童健康教育、體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容;加強(qiáng)教師專業(yè)品質(zhì)、體育基本教學(xué)技能、運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)能力、課余體育指導(dǎo)、體育游戲等內(nèi)容;減弱班級(jí)管理、心理咨詢、教育研究方法、兒童發(fā)展等內(nèi)容。最后，形成以專業(yè)品質(zhì)、教育知識(shí)、教育能力3個(gè)維度為框架的體育教師教育類課程內(nèi)容體系。

Abstract： By collating the course of development of teacher education in China and the actual needs of physical education courses in basic education， the authors summed up the following five new directions for the reform of physical education teacher education courses： uplift professional quality connotations， value teacher morality cultivation; concern teaching object information， expand children growth related contents; strengthen physical education discipline teaching knowledge， highlight professional attributes; perfect the course content structure， intensify the practice orientation; implement the lifelong learning conception， boost individual professional development. Guided by the said directions， the authors put forward the following suggestions for content optimization： adjust the contents of school physical education， physical education teaching theories， physical education teaching materials and methods， modern education technology application; supplement such contents as physical education teaching object analysis， children health education， and physical education and health curriculum standards; improve the teachers professional qualities， physical education basic teaching skills， sports event teaching abilities， extracurricular sports guidance， and sports games; weaken class management， psychological consultation， education research methods and children development. Lastly， a physical education teacher education course content system， which bases its frameworks on such 3 dimensions as professional quality， education knowledge and education ability， is formed

體育教師教育類課程是體育教育專業(yè)中專門培養(yǎng)教育教學(xué)能力的一類課程，在教師教育專業(yè)化發(fā)展和基礎(chǔ)教育改革的大背景下，許多院校和學(xué)者已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)該類課程在設(shè)置上存在不足[1-3]。目前，這些問題已經(jīng)影響到體育教師教育教學(xué)能力的養(yǎng)成?，F(xiàn)階段，有部分院校對(duì)培養(yǎng)方案進(jìn)行了調(diào)整，但就結(jié)果來看大多是對(duì)原有課程的小修小補(bǔ)，例如增加幾門政策中強(qiáng)調(diào)的內(nèi)容，對(duì)課程理論與實(shí)踐部分的比例進(jìn)行變更等[4]。這樣確實(shí)增加了教育類課程的學(xué)分比例，授課形式也更加豐富，但是在缺乏對(duì)課程內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)整理基礎(chǔ)上的增減，又會(huì)產(chǎn)生新舊內(nèi)容沖突、與學(xué)生實(shí)際情況不匹配等新問題。隨著教師教育改革的深入，一系列政策文件均對(duì)教師教育類課程提出了新要求，特別是2018年1月中共中央國務(wù)院發(fā)布了《關(guān)于全面深化新時(shí)代教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)改革的意見》，作為新中國成立以來黨中央出臺(tái)的第一個(gè)專門面向教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的政策文件，更進(jìn)一步指明了教師教育的發(fā)展路線。由此，本研究從社會(huì)需求角度入手，將相關(guān)政策的導(dǎo)向精神落實(shí)到體育領(lǐng)域中，結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)教育體育課程的實(shí)際需要，探討體育教師教育類課程新的改革方向;并以此為引領(lǐng)，對(duì)照前期研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的課程問題[5]，梳理體育教師教育類課程內(nèi)容體系，提出優(yōu)化建議。
