——Empirical Research based on Theil Index Multi-index Measurement and Inter-provincial Panel Data

Abstract:Regional differences in pensions hinder the advancement of national pension plans.Using three indicators:pension income and expenditure ratio,pension income GDPratio,and per capita pension income,and uses the Theil index to analyze the regional differences in the payment ability of urban pensions in country.The results show that the regional differences in pension payment ability mainly come from different province.Using data from 31 provinces for 17 years as a sample,a regression model was constructed to study the influencing factors of regional pension payment capacity.The results showed that the level of economic development is the basic cause of regional differences.Population aging and institutional support ratios have negative effects.Expenditure has a negative incentiveeffect on theability topay for regional pensions.Based on this,policy recommendationssuch as vigorously developingthe economy,improving the population structure,optimizing fiscal expenditures,and strengthening the pension insurance management system are put forward.

Abstract:Based on 497 published papers of basic-level society administering research in the Core journals of Peking University and CSSCI journals in the CNKI database of China,this paper uses CiteSpace to draw the knowledge collection of illustrative Plates about the volume,author,organization,keywords,emergent words.Statistical and visual analysis documents issued show that researches on basic-level society administering in Chinashowed atrend of rapid growth fromthe year 2014,but thecoreresearch group has not yet formed.The research focuses mainly on the administer problem，administer idea，administer subject，administer model of basic-level society.Research frontiers include the innovation of society administering,Fengqiao Experience,primary-level Party Organizations and so on.In thefuture,wecan doextension researchesfromthe four aspects:at the level of grassrootsparty building,how toefficiently lead social governance,create a new intelligent model of platform-based grassroots governance and explore thecore elements of the social governance community and the relevant realization mechanism as well as the compatibility and applicability of the Fengqiao Experiencetograssrootsgovernancein thenew eraareresearched.

Abstract:On thebasisof referringtorelevant theoriesand combiningwith practical background,thispaper constructstheevaluation index system of fund self-balancing ability,and evaluates the actual situation of basic endowment insurance fund in China.In order to strengthen practical significance,this paper combines the policy background of the current collection system reform and the national poolingof pension insurancetoformulatethecorrespondingoptimization path,and comparesand analyzesthechangesof parameters before and after optimization through the ability evaluation index system.The results show that compared with the benchmark situation,multiple indicators in the evaluation index system have been significantly improved after optimization,which proves that the optimization path can indeed have acertain positiveeffect on theself-balancingability of thefund,and teststhe effectivenessand feasibility of the current policy.

Abstract:With the reconstruction of rural areas,the shape and distribution pattern of rural residential areas have undergone significant changes,and it is urgent to fully understand their temporal and spatial dynamics.The 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were selected as the research objects.Based on thevector data of rural settlements,thestandard deviation ellipse,nuclear density analysis,nearest neighbor index and landscape pattern index were used to analyze the morphological structureand concentration of rural settlements.The distribution direction,etc.,and the driving factors of the spatial distribution of rural residential areas are discussed.The conclusions are as follows:The rural residential areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are mainly distributed alongthesouthwest-northeast direction,concentrated in central Hubei,Anhuiand northern Jiangsu;Yangtze River Economy Therural residential area is characterized by a multi-nuclear spatial distribution pattern,and the agglomeration is strengthened;The spatial structure of the rural residential land plaque is reduced and tends to be tight,and the plaque is large-scale;Rivers and topography factorssuch asadministrativeresidenceand policieshaveacertain degreeof impact on thelayout of rural residential areas.
