摘? 要:學風是學生內(nèi)化于心的學識涵養(yǎng),外化于行的精氣神。加強本科生學風建設(shè)是高校落實立德樹人根本任務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略選擇,是全面提升人才培養(yǎng)能力的迫切需要,也是全面從嚴治教從嚴治學的內(nèi)在要求。以重慶科技學院為例,闡釋了理念先行,踐行“ESM”工作模式;頂層設(shè)計,構(gòu)建“三全育人”工作格局;精準施策,實施“本科生導(dǎo)師制”的本科生學風建設(shè)實踐探索,建構(gòu)了本科生學風建設(shè)“導(dǎo)管幫促”新路徑:發(fā)揮教師善導(dǎo)、學校嚴管、師生精幫、各方共促作用。其中,善導(dǎo)是根本前提,嚴管是核心基礎(chǔ),精幫是重要手段,共促是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),并將共促貫穿善導(dǎo)、嚴管和精幫的全過程。

Abstract: Study style is the knowledge and cultivation of the students internalized in the heart, and the spirit externalized in the behavior. Strengthening the construction of the study style of undergraduates is a strategic choice for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation, an urgent need to comprehensively improve the ability of talent training, as well as an inherent requirement for all-around strict education and academic research. With the example of Chongqing University of Science and Technology, this paper explains the concept first--practicing "ESM" working mode, the top-level design--constructing the "three all-around education" working pattern, and the precise implementation of policies--implementing the undergraduates study style construction practice exploration of the "supervisor system for undergraduates". It establishes the new path of "guidance, management, assistance and promotion" of the undergraduates study style construction, that is, playing the role of good guidance of teachers, strict management of colleges, targeted assistance of teachers and students, and joint promotion of all parties. Among them, good guidance is the fundamental premise, strict management is the core foundation, targeted assistance is the important means, and joint promotion is the key link. The joint promotion will run through the entire process of good guidance, strict management and targeted assistance.

學風,是一所大學所特有的求學態(tài)度、治學風尚與善學風格,是大學精神、理念以及核心價值觀的表征。[1]從這個意義上來講,本科生學風是本科生求學態(tài)度、治學風尚和善學風格的反映,也是本科生內(nèi)化于心的學識涵養(yǎng),外化于行的精氣神。加強本科生學風建設(shè)是新時代高校辦學治校和教育教學的永恒主題。正如習近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會議上所指出的那樣,要堅持不懈培育優(yōu)良校風和學風,使高校發(fā)展做到治理有方、管理到位、風清氣正。[2]這也為新時代高校加強本科生學風建設(shè)指明了方向,提供了根本遵循準則。
一、新時代高校加強本科生學風建設(shè)的重要性和緊迫性
新時代全國高等學校本科教育工作會議指出,要堅持“以本為本”,推進“四個回歸”。其中,在“四個回歸”中放在首要位置的便是“回歸常識”,即要圍繞學生刻苦讀書來辦教育,引導(dǎo)學生讀“國情”書、“基層”書、“群眾”書,讀優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化經(jīng)典、馬列經(jīng)典、中外傳世經(jīng)典和專業(yè)經(jīng)典,引導(dǎo)學生求真學問、練真本領(lǐng),成為有理想、有學問、有才干的實干家,更好地為國為民服務(wù)。[3]這實際上突出強調(diào)了新時代高校加強本科生學風建設(shè)的重要性和緊迫性。
