摘 ?要：高校黨建和思想政治教育分屬不同領(lǐng)域，但在內(nèi)在邏輯及現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑方面息息相關(guān)，聯(lián)系密切，均不可或缺地致力于培養(yǎng)合格的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者及接班人。高校黨建和思政教育兩者相輔相成，扎實(shí)的黨建基礎(chǔ)以及顯著的思想政治教育實(shí)效能夠提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，兩者有效融合更是事半功倍。然而，在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中，受主客觀因素影響，兩者間存在的契合困境，已然成為了黨建與思想政治教育協(xié)同育人的“絆腳石”。厘清高校黨建與思想政治教育協(xié)同育人的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)實(shí)證方式梳理清楚兩者所面臨的契合困境，探索構(gòu)建兩者協(xié)同融合的人才培養(yǎng)新機(jī)制，深入驗(yàn)證兩者協(xié)同育人的有效性。

Abstract： Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities belong to different fields， but they are closely related to each other in terms of internal logic and realistic paths， and they are indispensably committed to cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors. Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities mutually support each other and promote each other. A solid foundation for Party building and significant ideological and political education can improve the quality of talent training， and the effective integration of the two is more effective. However， in the process of practice， affected by subjective and objective factors， the predicament of compatibility between the two has become a "stumbling block" for the collaborative education of Party building and ideological and political education. This paper clarifies the realistic basis of the collaborative education between the Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities， combs through the empirical method to clarify the dilemma they are facing， explores the construction of a new talent training mechanism that integrates the two， and further verifies the effectiveness of the collaborative education between the two.

黨的十九大報(bào)告提出要“培養(yǎng)擔(dān)當(dāng)民族復(fù)興大任的時(shí)代新人”?！渡罨聲r(shí)代教育評(píng)價(jià)改革總體方案》針對(duì)學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)，提出堅(jiān)持把立德樹(shù)人成效作為根本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在教育文化衛(wèi)生體育領(lǐng)域?qū)＜掖碜剷?huì)上指出“‘十四五時(shí)期，我們要從黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)發(fā)展全局的高度，全面貫徹黨的教育方針，堅(jiān)持優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育事業(yè)，堅(jiān)守為黨育人、為國(guó)育才，努力辦好人民滿意的教育”。這一系列部署和指示，對(duì)高校落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本、深入推進(jìn)教育改革提出了新的任務(wù)和要求。新時(shí)代背景下，高校培養(yǎng)能夠擔(dān)當(dāng)民族復(fù)興大任的時(shí)代新人，要更加注重改革的系統(tǒng)性、整體性、協(xié)同性、成效性。要以堅(jiān)持和加強(qiáng)黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，以立德樹(shù)人為根本，以思想政治教育為抓手，以推進(jìn)兩者融合創(chuàng)新、協(xié)同育人為關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，達(dá)到切實(shí)提升育人成效的最終目標(biāo)。

一、厘清高校黨建與思想政治教育協(xié)同育人的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)

（一）異曲同工的實(shí)質(zhì)作用

黨建和思想政治教育在每所高校工作中均占據(jù)重要地位，擁有相同任務(wù)，在黨的教育方針指導(dǎo)下，相輔相成地開(kāi)展“立德樹(shù)人”工作。其中，高校黨建工作是核心，指方向，發(fā)揮模范先鋒作用。高校思想政治教育是基礎(chǔ)，唯方法，發(fā)揮“教育力”作用。高校思想政治教育側(cè)重在“穩(wěn)”“不偏離、不出錯(cuò)”，目標(biāo)側(cè)重培養(yǎng)政治合格的大學(xué)生，培養(yǎng)合格的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)接班人。高校黨建工作的目標(biāo)高于思想政治教育工作，將培養(yǎng)合格黨員，同時(shí)將關(guān)注黨員言行貫徹始終，重點(diǎn)在“精”，注重培養(yǎng)高水平的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)人才。兩者目標(biāo)看似有差異，實(shí)則殊途同歸，本質(zhì)上均關(guān)注大學(xué)生思想建設(shè)，共同傾注于提高大學(xué)生思想水平建設(shè)以及大學(xué)生德智體美勞全面發(fā)展。
